Buyer that wanted a property that had multiple offers got with us and we wrote an out of the box offer to make the sellers happy even if we didnt have the best terms... we won the house and it still appraised for more than it was purchased for!!
in 2018 I was introduced to someone that told me I should try it out. A couple months later, my mom (Leslie Bowman) and I took the class together, and we have been full time ever since!
My background is sales and marketing. I am not only a real estate agent, but have also become an Associate Broker with Atlanta Communities. Nothing fancy about it other than it takes more time, training, and is another state license that I studied for so it could be hung on my wall!
