We put our home on the market just after the Feds started their interest rate hikes and Collette still managed to get a contract very close to the asking price. Her team is efficient and kept us well informed every step of the way. We moved out of Atlanta prior to putting our home on the market and left everything in Collette's very capable hands. We only returned to Atlanta for the closing and it went off without a hitch!
