Colleen did a wonderful job with the sale of our home. She met with us and gave us a rundown of how the sales process worked and then connected us with a stager and handymen as needed. Colleen was our first realtor, and as long as she is working, I hope she will be our only realtor. My fiancA(C) and I had a great experience. She has a great, approachable personality and was always a phone call or text away when it came to working with her on our new build purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about our area and was always multiple steps ahead in terms of deadlines, regular meetings, stopping by the home, inspections, and closing. Most importantly, she is a great advocate. When something wasn't going right with our build or someone wasn't responsive on the builder's end, she was always out making sure we received explanations and answers.
