Working with Colleen was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Selling my home and purchasing a new construction home at the same time could have been stressful but Colleen made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. From the moment I listed my home, Colleen's professionalism, market knowledge and attention to detail was evident. She provided excellent guidance on pricing, staging and marketing which resulted in strong interest and a smooth and quick sale. Throughout the entire process, I always felt confident knowing that Colleen was advocating for me and keeping everything on track. Colleen's expertise was also invaluable with the construction and purchase of my new home. She helped me navigate the building process, understand the details of the contract and make informed decisions every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, communicate with the builder and ensure my best interests were protected. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Colleen and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want a knowledgeable, dedicated relator who truly puts her clients first, you won't find anyone better.

They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure they have a successful experience.

I could not recommend Colleen more. I have worked with her on three transactions and she is awesome. She is smart and trustworthy! Highly highly recommend her.

Colleen was thorough and helpful when helping me and my fiance find our first home. She lays out every detail of home buying detail step by step. Working with her was a breeze and most of our details where taken care of by her. (Less paperwork for me. Whoo) She is attentive and negotiates well so you get the property you want at a fair price. Colleen ended up feeling like a friend by the end and post sale has still been a great resource for advice and recommendations on the home. I would recommend her for anyone!
