We worked with Cody for nine months to find our perfect mountain home. Licensed in three states, he guided us through our search in Georgia and North Carolina. His insight into several communities of interest and patience were invaluable. Cody's advice on our four offers helped us avoid overpaying, and we finally found our forever home in the beautiful NC mountains. We appreciated his support during due diligence and a stressful closing. Plus, hes genuinely nice! Youll love working with him!

We have purchased and sold a number of properties. The most recent property we sold, we listed with Cody. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only did he ?push? the marker (at our request), he brought us two full price offers within 24 hours from our home being listed. He assisted with the negotiation and had us under contact with 48 hours. Not only was he present for showings, he also was present for the closing. His fervor to please the client is commendable. If you are looking for an for more than just an ?agent?, give Cody a call.

Cody is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about his sales area. He understands the area well, and he knows the available inventory. He was a capable negotiator, and he helped us get our price for our home. We are very grateful for his help through our home buying process.

Cody worked very hard to identify and show us appropriate properties. He went the extra mile by doing additional research and answering questions to help us make the right decisions. He was extremely responsive during the offer and contract process. Being a real estate professional myself, I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and his willingness to go to great lengths to help us put a deal together.

Cody was beyond professional and extremely informative. He kept me in the know during every bit of the process. He is a great realtor and got my condo sold in less than 6 days! We got my home set up and closed in less than 3 weeks. He is an amazing choice.

Cody was very helpful, patient, and thorough. He also gave me a referral for some work I needed to have done changing out light fixtures and a few other odd tasks and they were quick, efficient, and just as professional as Cody. The whole process was simplified thanks to Codys professional, helpful attitude; the house was listed and within a week we had two full-price offers. The sale went through with no problems in a very timely manner.
