ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I decided to move back to Texas after more than 20 years, Cody was an excellent source of knowledge and expertise regarding locations to search. He was able to spend a full day taking us around to look at homes when we came to town for a short weekend of house hunting, and we had an offer submitted by day's end. He was then a great guide throughout the buying process and worked hard to ensure we received what we expected from the home and our purchase. We highly recommend Cody for your real estate needs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Cody on several occasions, including the business side and investment side. I used Cody while purchasing a rental home and not only was he knowledgeable, hard-working and dependable, But he also helped find the best neighborhoods for a rental. I have also had the pleasure of working with him on the business side as a home inspector for several of his transactions. His clients have always had nothing but good to say about him as well. ZillowVERIFIED So, I recently worked with Cody and I gotta say, he was pretty awesome. I thought Id share my thoughts and give him a review. Overall, I had a really great experience and I would totally recommend him to anyone who needs help buying or selling. One thing that stood out to me was that he actually responded to me in a timely manner. He was quick to reply to my emails/texts and calls, which was a huge relief. It made me feel like he actually cared and was there for us. He was always ready to schedule a showing, even after it felt like the 100th time and we began to feel defeated, he was optimistic and confident we would find the perfect home and kept trying. He really knew what he was talking about when it came to the local real estate market. He had the inside scoop on prices, neighborhoods, and trends that I hadnt even thought about. His knowledge was seriously impressive and it helped me make better decision. I really appreciated how honest and trustworthy he was. He didnt try to push me into anything or hide any important information. He was upfront with me every step of the way. It was refreshing to work with someone who wasnt shady or looking to take advantage. He genuinely cared about my family and getting us into a better place. Cody paid attention to all the little details and made sure all the paperwork was in order. He didnt let any deadlines slip by. It made the whole process go smoothly and saved me a lot of headaches. He was always willing to explain everything in a way we would understand as first time home buyers and broke down everything. This was a very confusing process at first and when we began to feel overwhelmed, Cody was there with reassurance and encouragement to continue trying, offering solutions and helping us along the way. Seriously, I cant recommend Cody enough. He was responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and on top of things. If youre in need of a real estate agent, you should definitely give him a shot. He made the whole buying thing way less stressful and left us feeling like we gained a friend and someone we could trust

ZillowVERIFIED We reached out to The Green Team after seeing the outstanding reviews online. The outstanding reviews were true and we got outstanding service. Cody Sedlak reached back out within an hour or so of our call. We had a unique situation, and Cody had us viewing homes the very next day. Given the unique situation, we offered on a couple different homes and had to revoke these offers due to un-foreseen circumstances. Cody remained professional during the ups and downs and was consistently diligent in getting us in to view multiple homes until we found the correct fit. Being new to the DFW area, Cody helped navigate us to the better areas for our search as well as pointed out positives and negatives of some of the homes. Cody Sedlak shows to truly care about the transaction while calmly answering countless phone calls and never rushing us towards a sale. I have been involved in around ten home transactions and Codys ability to adapt to our needs and deliver to meet our deadline was very impressive. I highly recommend Cody Sedlak in your next real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Cody was awesome!! It was a long tedious process but he never got frustrated nor wanted us to settle for something we didnt want due to just wanting the process to be over. He even fought tooth and nail on something that was on the inspection report that we werent going to make a big deal about but he felt it wasnt our responsibility to accept it so he did anyway. Great guy, great realtor, or just as important honest!

ZillowVERIFIED Cody is professional and knowledgable about the market, the community and its dynamics. Moving from out of state this was important to us. He was patient and lined up homes for us to view trying to meet our broad criteria. We recommend him for others and will refer others to him. In our situation, he did not have the opportunity to handle the closing, as we ended up with a FSBO contract.

ZillowVERIFIED I lived in California and I wanted to move to Texas in the Dallas Fort Worth area I went online to look for properties in the area and I clicked on a website with a request for information and was called back within 5 minutes. I gave him the specifications of what I wanted and He found about 4 properties which I liked. Once we knew the price range he got me in touch with his loan Guy and so I was approved immediately for credit I narrowed it down to one Property I liked He went over on a Saturday and took some video of the property, When I decided thats what I wanted he sent me all the information that I needed, answered all questions that I had, always answered the phone or text no matter when I sent them. He made the process super simple. I highly recommend Cody because he is honest and he knows what hes doing.

ZillowVERIFIED Cody was the most professional realtor we ever dealt with, this was our first purchase in Texas we weren?t familiar with the Dallas Fort Worth area and not being there to look at everything in person Cody went over and above to help make our decision, he would drive to the neighborhood and video the properties for us. We truly appreciate his hard work, and love our new Uptown Dallas condo.

ZillowVERIFIED Cody was absolutely amazing. We were at a point where we wanted to give up in our home search but Cody listened to us and understood our situation. He went over and beyond to make sure we got a home for our family. He took our wishlist and composed a list of showings. He took one day and said we can see as many houses as you want to today but were going to get you in a home today. We went from Mansfield to Willow Park and found our dream home that was perfect for our family in Fort Worth. Cody advised us and negotiated for us and got us the best price and made the process streamless. We could tell he had our best interest in mind. He is compassionate about his career, very trusting and communicated every step of the way. Got us closing quickly and at the end gave us a moving truck and pizza on moving day check living day checked in on us after the home was sold to make sure our little family was settling in ok. Best experience ever, heartwarming, felt like family. We couldnt have asked for anyone better we are so thankful we found Cody and the Green Team, they will take care of you.

ZillowVERIFIED Cody was a boss at getting my fiance and I in our house! We were first time home buyers so we had no idea what to expect and thankfully Cody was there to help us through the process. I learned about the ins and outs of the home buying process and even learned quite a bit about selling as well, since I seemed to never run out of questions. What was great was the fact that I could send Cody a list of houses and he would work around mine and my fiance?s work schedules (no easy feat since she was working nights) to show us the houses. If we ran out of houses to look at that day, he would even pull out his phone right then and there with us and start scheduling a few more houses that we liked and would get us a showing literally within minutes which saved my fiance and I time and fuel! Cody also has great people for you to contact in order to get financed and honestly I couldn?t have asked for a better agent to work with. I whole heartedly recommend Cody as a real estate agent!

Cody worked around the clock including weekends to always be available by phone, text or email to answer questions or concerns. He was a great advocate for our family, very skilled yet realistic in expectations and negotiations. Thank you, Cody! We are so grateful for all of the hard work you put into our purchase!
