ZillowVERIFIEDKasie was simply put the best! We were in such a bind to find a place to live and she stepped up and set us up with viewings the same day and the following day. We found our house day two and she got our offered accepted same day! Along with that the negotiations appraisals and inspections went flawlessly with her help. Having a VA loan makes things a bit more difficult and she handled with ease! We are so happy to have had her as a realtor and happy to have her as a friend. 12/10 recommend to anyone! Love her!
ZillowVERIFIEDKasie did an amazing job! She negotiated great with the builder, was able to get us quite a bit of incentives between the builder and the mortgage company. She was very responsive and always got back with me when she said she would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

ZillowVERIFIEDKasie was and has been nothing but helpful, cordial, patient and such a pleasure to work with. She did anything and everything that was asked and even helped advise us to the best way to get a sell on our home. We couldn't be more happier with her and how hard she fought to get a sale that was appropriate for all! She does not settle! Would definitely enjoy doing business with her again!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I cannot say enough good things about Kasie! We sold our home and purchased another with her. Kasie is knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. When other parties made the process inordinately complicated and frustrating, Kasie genuinely advocated for us at every turn. Even once all the ink dried, she continued to help us get settled in smoothly. In this market, you need a realtor who does their due diligence, and Kasie fits the bill. We HIGHLY recommend her.
