ZillowVERIFIEDVery detailed in the process. Acted as an advocate on our behalf. Made the home buying process very simple and easy for first time home-buyers. Clayton is not very quick to sell. He?s very quick to ask you what you like and don?t like and then provide feedback and we greatly appreciate that. Clayton handled all the paperwork, negotiation, and even made sure the items in the ATAC Were well taken care of.
ZillowVERIFIEDClayton has great local knowledge of the city, answered all our questions about the process and recommended a mortgage company. The mortgage company provided the best rate, great service and has an app that makes the buying process so easy. Clayton listened to our very specific requests and found multiple houses that exceeded our standards and requests. I would recommend him from entry level to exclusive homes. Great realtor, great experience, and we found our forever home thanks to Clayton?s hard work, excellent communication, and process expertise.
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat experience for a first time home buyer Clayton helped me ever step of the way and went above and beyond with answering all my questions and following up with information I?ll highly recommend if your buyer a home in the Columbus area.
ZillowVERIFIEDI randomly got selected Clayton as a realtor on Zillow and it was the best decision. He answered all million questions we had and in a very quickly manner. This guy was really ontop of things with getting us our first house. He even helped us find the best lender that beat bigger company rates. Clayton went above and beyond getting us this house and it only took about 3 to 4 weeks to do the whole process and get moved in. Highly recommend this guy! A+++
ZillowVERIFIEDClayton was a good person to work with. He made me feel comfortable. I believe he was honest and straight forward with me. Any time I asked or needed something, he responded in a timely manner. He made some commendations for me when he did not have to.
ZillowVERIFIEDMe and my fiance were first time home buyer?s, and we went into purchasing clueless came out a home owner with a degree in home ownership and the process to get it all done, with no glitches or hold ups ,our agent treated us like siblings, got us in and out of the home ownership dilemma. He was direct, very responsive, informative and even went as far as to go above and beyond in helping us get situated during and after the purchase of our home. If we should ever purchase in the near future that?s going to be our go to person, and I?ll definitely recommend that any new or present home owners trying to get the perfect person to represent their best Interests and a person who will go the triple extra mile .. ask for Clayton Duncan.
ZillowVERIFIEDClayton Duncan was very professional and personable. He was very patient and took the time to research my questions. Would definitely refer him....he is 5-star all the way! Thank you for a job well done, Clayton!
