About Claudia Snow

Claudia Snow is a lifetime resident of Texarkana and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M, Commerce and a Marketing Education Certification from University of North Texas. She taught high school for 15 years and has owned her own business. Claudia has also "flipped" homes so that she knows the ins & outs of a fixer-upper! Claudia began working in Real Estate about 25 years ago when she and Pete began purchasing residential rental properties. In 2000, she began buying and flipping houses. Armed with her experiences, she knew that Real Estate would be the great fit. She found that Real Estate is the perfect career for her- she says "it affords me the opportunity to work with the public and to see positive results in Texarkana". Wonderful experience with Claudia. She has a "no fear" personality type, but is as sweet as could be. We loved the house, and when parts of our original contract were not full filled by the seller....even pretty small issues. She made sure that the contract was honored, and was very protective over our interests. It's the first time that I have had a Realtor that I felt was completely on the side of her client rather than a commission. If you don't use her, your probably going to spend more than you needed, and will not get as good of an advocate when issues arise. ~Tara Luther -purchased beautiful Oasis 5-14-14

Claudia Snow was recommended to me by a friend. I live out of state and was worried about not being there to sell my house. I wanted someone to look out for my best interest. I wanted someone who would take care of everything like I would. Claudia did just that. I trusted her with everything and she made it so easy for me to relax and leave everything in her hands. She also made it so easy for me to accomplish the things on this end that I needed to do. I would highly recommend her. I have already recommended her to some of my friends in Texarkana, and I have a lot more that I can tell. I am coming to Texarkana next weekend and can't wait to meet her!
