Wonderful experience with Claudia. She has a "no fear" personality type, but is as sweet as could be. We loved the house, and when parts of our original contract were not full filled by the seller....even pretty small issues. She made sure that the contract was honored, and was very protective over our interests. It's the first time that I have had a Realtor that I felt was completely on the side of her client rather than a commission. Claudia Snow is knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do to sell our house. She works quickly, was always available to answer questions or give information, and was kind and respectful of our time. And she was fun to be around.
