ZillowVERIFIED Claudia gave me excellent advice as to how prep my house for sale as well as how we should price it to move. She also was helpful when showing the house to make it look and feel like a home instead of just a property when there were viewings. I strongly recommend her services to anyone in the selling market.

6 stars, Could not have been blessed with a better agent. Consumate professional. She not only helped me pick out additions to my townhouse to sell but help move them in. Lifting vanity sets, toilets, cabinet, etc that I purchase from Lowes. She went the extra mile to deal with a neighbor who just wanted to be difficult with some unreal requests.

ZillowVERIFIED Impressed by Claudia's customer service and experience. She sold my house at a price higher than what I had thought. In addition to that she guided me from the beginning to the end in a didactic way and was very patient with me.Thank you very much Claudia and I hope to have your services in the future. ZillowVERIFIED Two essential qualities in a realtor are trustworthiness and a deep knowledge of the market and relevant laws. Claudia has these in spades. We lived out of town and selling could have been a nightmare. Claudia made it a snap. She took care of every...and I mean every...detail, and kept us informed on a regular basis. She was totally honest about what we could ask and what we needed to do to get the house in sellable shape. Claudia always responded promptly to voicemails and emails. On top of all this, she went above and beyond to make this transaction go smoothly and successfully for everyone concerned. You can trust Claudia completely to look after your interests as a buyer or a seller. And did I mention that she is full of joy?

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia is simply phenomenal. From listing to offer was less than a week and tens of thousands more than what I thought we would get. She gave an honest assessment of our house and what changes we could make to make a big difference in selling price. When small repairs had to be made, she had contacts to call who came right away to take care of them. Since I am living out of state, she went to the house at least once a week to make sure all was well. She went out of her way to make things less stressful and easy for me. I recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia's calm demeanor put me & my husband's minds at ease right from the start. She patiently recommended & then coordinated necessary repairs to ensure our home would quickly sell which was critical from our location in Texas & the house in Virginia. Claudia was always responsive to our inquiries and proactive in keeping us updated on the status of everything throughout the entire process. The sell of our home was seamless, and everything she suggested proved to be sound guidance. I highly recommend Claudia if you want the highest level of professionalism with a personal touch.

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia was truly amazing in the home buying process. She did her best to make the process as easy as possible. During this time the bidding war had become so overwhelming, but Claudia remained patient and encouraging throughout the entire process. She worked with my hectic new schedule, was willing to drive 2 hours away to view a "model" home due to our area not having a model to view. I will always recommend Claudia to anyone in the DMV area!!

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia is an exceptional realtor! From beginning to end she was very attentive to us and clearly laid out the process as my husband and I were first time homebuyers. She explained things thoroughly if we had any questions and responded no matter the time of day. Claudia also has wonderful connections which she referred us to that were a huge help throughout the home buying process and even after the fact. Paperwork was always done in a quick and efficient manner electronically, which was very convenient. Claudia is very personable and is sure to not just be your realtor but also a friend! 100% recommend :)
