ZillowVERIFIED First and foremost, Claire Abate has to be the number one realtor in the area perhaps tied to her husband Jim (whom I did not work as extensively with)! When I first called Claire through a referral, I was only seeking to gather some information to determine whether or not I wanted to sell. That weekend, having gone to a few open houses I ended up finding the home of my dreams. Upon calling Claire to notify her I wanted to move forward, Claire without hesitation steam rolled through all the documentation to list my previous home, and put in an offer on my new home. As it happens with home purchases, we ran into a few issues particularly with the appraisal of the new home being significantly under what we had originally offered and signed the Purchase and Sales Agreement for. Claire not only advised me to fight the price but she negotiated with the sellers to lower the previously agreed upon price 40K. Had Claire not been such an amazing negotiator I would have had to find a way to cough up an extra 40k for my downpayment. My whole process of selling my house and buying a new one took a total of alittle under 60 days. You can find no better realtor around than Claire and her husband Jim. This I promise you!

ZillowVERIFIED We were lucky to have Jim Abate guide us through our home-buying process this spring. Given the competitive nature of this fast-paced market, we especially appreciated his quick responses to all our questions, whether by text, phone or email. Jim is knowledgeable about properties, local communities and the entire buying process. He made sure that we had an understanding of various deadlines and provided relevant information and resources to keep the process moving smoothly. He was a skillful coach and advocate from first contact to closing. Thank you, Jim!

ZillowVERIFIED Are you looking for consummate, professional realtors in Plymouth County? Well look no further than The A Team Claire Abate. They listen to what you want, do not show you anything that is over your price or that doesn't meet your requirements. I just purchased my home and most of it was done from another state due to my re-location back to Massachusetts. The communication was superb and not once did I worry that things would not get done. They have enlisted house inspectors that know what do look for and what to recommend. They made a stressful process less stressful and knowing that they sold my mother's house a few years ago was a comfort. I love my new home in the area that I always wanted to live. A+!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Claire at local open house a few years ago. We typically avoid realtors because weve had bad experiences in the past. But Claire was so bright, kind and honest. She simultaneously facilitated the sale of my mothers home and the purchase of our first home. To say that the process was difficult would be an understatement, but Claire handled it all with such grace and professionalism. She kept us encouraged when deals fell though, she advocated for us with sellers and buyers, she surrounded us with a great team. She is truly a godsend! I dont know how we wouldve made it through this process without her. Even after the dealwas finally done, she brought us over dinner when we were in the throws of moving in. She takes the extra step to get the job done. We felt as if we were her only clients, she gave us such individualized attention. Her years of experience and her connections were so essential and I know we wouldnt be in our dream home if it werent forher help. We have referred all our friends and family to her. I would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Claire was very rude to me and my family. Instead of telling me and my family no after receiving our rental application we submitted for a property she asked very intrusive questions and made us jump through ridiculous and unethical hoops (including requesting a household budget and our cell phone bill) instead of just telling us no to begin with. She also manipulated the previously established relationship we had with the owner.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Abate Associates to sell my Mother's home as well as ours. We hit a few snags selling our home but Claire & Jim we're right on top of it. We would highly recommend them to sell your home. They both were a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I knew very little about buying a home when we started looking for a house. Jim was absolutely amazing. He helped us through every step of the process from finding a mortgage company we were comfortable with to the day we signed our names on the deed. It was challenging to find the right home at the right price point for us. Thanks to Jim and Claire, our dreams are now a reality. I encourage anyone who is serious about wanting to find your own home to put your trust in Jim and Claire. You will soon be living your own dream!!

She was almost always available for me, no matter how small the question. It was a great experience and I found the perfect house with her help.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Claire was exceptional. There were delays inclosing that were not her fault. During this somewhat trying timeClaire provided prompt, accurate, & encouraging informationto mitigate the stress involved in closing. Because of her professionalexpertise, I referred her to a very close friend of mine who was havingdifficulty selling his house with another unresponsive broker. In lessthan one month Claire had an acceptable offer with a close scheduled.I would highly recommend Claire.

ZillowVERIFIED I have sold 2 houses and bought one new build with Claire. She is a responsive, pro-active and patient agent who will patiently show you a million houses if that is what it takes to find The One. I was looking for a non-traditional house in Raynham, a very traditional town. But after searching for over a year, we found a lot and a builder in the most beautiful neighborhood. We just moved in and are very happy with out purchase.Since I needed to sell a house in order to purchase the new one, I turned to Claire who sold it very quickly to a lovely family. Knowing that someone purchased the house who loves it made me feel so positive about moving. If you need a house sold quickly, call Claire!

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Claire for many years, so when a cousin and a friend wanted to sell their homes I referred them to Claire because I knew her to be a smart, honest, woman of integrity as well as a confident, enthusiastic go getter. They were both extremely happy ! Years later, when the time came to put my family homestead on the market I naturally went to Claire. Although I was very happy to begin my next chapter, at the same time there was also the other emotions of selling the family home. I called and text Claire many times, all of which she promptly returned. She is not only a professional and extremely competent agent, she is also a people person, always pleasant and genuinely a kind, understanding and patient lady. I will continue to confidently refer Claire in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Claire was not only my agent when I bought the home that I've lived in for the past 4 years, but she was also my agent for the recent sale of my father's home after he passed away. This was a very difficult time for my family and I, and couldn't have asked for anything better than Claire's service. She was thorough, consistent, efficiently, and very friendly throughout the entire process, which is just what I remembered from the first time I worked with her. Claire is a great asset to real estate community, and I am looking forward to working with her again in the near future.
