It was a no brainer! Cindy Unzeitig, professional as ever, gave me lots of advice and offered me several scenarios on how to approach selling my place.Her giving me numbers to work with and expectations was perfect. ZillowVERIFIED I was a nervous buyer and had a fairly low budget, so I had no idea what to expect when we started looking. Cindy listened to what was important to me and found me a surprising number of options out there that fell in my criteria and my price range. We narrowed it down and set about to look at 13 houses in one day! I tend to say that I'm willing to settle on something that I don't really like and Cindy was honest with me about the negatives of a house, or the things that she thought I shouldn't settle on, and just helped me keep my expectations realistic. She was patient with me when I started feeling discouraged. And when we got to the final house, which I immediately fell in love with, she could tell right away that this was the right house too. Not just based on what I said, cause I didn't really say anything until the end, but she knew as we looked that this was exactly what I wanted. She is able to read her clients so well and she is so focused on providing good customer service and a positive experience for her clients. Throughout the process, I asked a lot of questions. She was always very responsive and very patient. She made sure that I knew what was going on at all times. I will happily work with her again and will recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED She's probably okay if things go smoothly but run into a bump, and she tells you "that's where I draw the line." She did not follow though with anything that was a challenge; she did not advise about some obvious issues. There are a lot areas in which her knowledge is lacking. In the end, she made the transaction more difficult rather than better. I would definitely never use her again and would not recommend her or anyone at Better Properties. I have purchased a number of homes and have never dealt with an agent who washes her hands of any part of the transaction that could be described as more than simple. I probably could have done a better job myself. In fact, I did most of the work and had to work around her.

She new most of the areas, made the process very simple, responded to all of our emails and calls very quickly, and attempted to negotiate even in this crazy market we have. The house we ended up purchasing was on the market for only a few hours and Cindy met us at the house at 7pm.She did not stop once the home was purchased though. As part of our purchase agreement the seller needed to replace the circuit breaker box, which was done, however, they didn't get the power connected correctly to one room in the house. Cindy was very persistent in getting the seller to send out his electrician to get the issue fixed. This was above and beyond what we had expected from a her.We can not thank her enough for what she did and would recommend her to anyone.

When the house was set to close we thought we were going to have to cancel our vacation, so Cindy setup the signing in California. I would use here again in a heartbeat if I were in the area.
