Cindy Sharp is a staunch professional with 25+ years experience. I worked with Cindy for over two (2) years searching for a new home (at a time when housing availibity was limited). She has a full understanding and keeps current on real estate market conditions. Cindy always answered all of my calls and texts, even after hours (even if I asked the same questions twice)! She knew exactly what to look for in regard to the asthetics of the home(s) and functioning of mechanical items. She also paid attention to what was going on in the neighborhood (and actually located a new retention pond near the house I eneded up purchasing). Luckily by the time I purchased my new home, the HO Fees for the retention pond were already paid. Cindy is great at navigating purchase agreements and clauses. She was sure to include items to my offer that were important to me! When my offer was accepted, Cindy notified me immediately. Closing was a breeze and she was able to fully answer any questions I had. When I received the keys to my new house and entered for the first time, there was a lovely and thoughtful welcoming gift for me. I was so surprised! I would recommend Cindy Sharp to anyone, whether they are buyers or sellers. Cindy Sharp sells homes!

Who should I hire to find warehouses for lease?

You will need to hire a commercial broker who is a member of Loopnet to find available commercial properties.

Can our agent demand their commission B4 closing?

The title company will work up a settlement statement prior to the closing and disburse the funds to the broker who will disburse the commission to the agent. Never pay in advance of any closing as there is no guarantee the closing will take place until you are at the closing table with a check in your hand.

Most mortgages are not assumable so you will need to contact your lender in advance.

What if I think my house should be listed for more?

Housing inventory is low. List at the 25k higher but agree to take the price down to the suggested list price if there are no offers within the first few weeks or no showings scheduled.
