FAQ
Do your homework. Work with an agent that is familiar with the area you are looking in and understands the type of financing that you will need
Take the emotion out of your sale. You love your home. Not all buyers will feel the same way about your home as you do. Work with a professional that understand your market and listen to the advice they give. It will go a long way in a successful sale.
1st time home buyers. Sellers, Relocation clients, Second/vacation home buyers, investors. Veterans with VA loans. Disabled veterans who have special needs in a home. Commercial and agricultural properties.
We had a single mom who was looking for a home for her and her son. We matched her with a lender who could help her and was sensitive to the needs of this buyer. It was a long stretch to the closing of her first home. Several challenges arose but we finally had a successful closing. It was very gratifying to help her to make a permanent home for her and her son.
I owned a painting company for 20 years and began to invest. As an investor I realized I really enjoyed the process and the people I was working with, both Realtors and clients alike.
. I have special training for relocation clients and a SFR certification ( Short Sale and Foreclosure agent). I am very familiar with the loan process after 14 years of working with lenders. Experience has been my best training. Not all transactions are the same. Each one has its own issues. I am constantly learning as sellers and buyer's needs, loan requirements and the market changes.
Answered Questions
Can I sell a rental property out of state?
Yes Jean, You can sell a property that is in another state. You will need an agent to oversee the negotiations, inspections, and contracts of sale. Your closing / title company can arrange for a mobile notary to come to your home or office to sign the papers with you. If you do not need a notary for your transaction, the documents are sent overnight or emailed. Cindy Hurley Alexus Realty Jensen Beach, Florida
