As a first time home seller the process was seamless thanks to Cindy. Every step of the way my questions were answered, things I didn't understand were put into layman terms and no question was "stupid". Regardless of how many times I'd ask the same question, she'd still respond with patience and kindness. She, more than anything, left me with the impression that she loves what she does and empathizes with how stressful and overwhelming it all could be. Because of this, at no time did I feel the weight of the world crashing down around me. I had a lot going on while this was transpiring, and never once did I feel as though this was going to spiral out of control and distract me from everything else. She was a genuine pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to any home buyer/seller, be they a first time one, or seasoned.

Well where do I start.First of all Oct of last year my husband and I were desperately wanting to move from California.We chose Florida for a number of reasons but that's another story.ZilLLOW was our go to for home searching.At last we found the home of our dreams and immediately contacted David Boston. He was 100% attentive to all of our needs daily with many phone calls from state to state.We had a smooth escrow that he took care of and kept us posted even at 11:00 pm. Made arrangements to fly out to Florida for our inspection in November David picked us up from our hotel drove us to our new home and took us sight seeing with lunch the good part of the afternoon. January 12th 2020 we were proudly in our new home only because of the fantastic help from David Boston. All I can say is if you're looking for the best realtor David is your man!
