ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed other realtors and decided on Cindy Bunch. Susan and I are so glad we chose Cindy as the sellers agent for our home in Buford, GA. When we listed she researched the market and we determined the asking price based on the demand in our area. We really liked the process she did to set the asking price. We listed and Cindy recommended a person to help us stage the house for showing. They put a coming soon sign in the yard. When the house was ready it went active and we had a valid offer and we counter offered and it was accepted. It was sold in 3 days on the market. We set a closing date. Prior to closing we had some lightning damage to electronic devices and to the landscape lighting and irrigation system. We repaired quickly. Doug Bunch helped us to present this honestly to the buyers. This was a big help and the buyers accepted the repairs. They guided us through the home inspection and all the details to close. They were highly professional in walking us through the entire process and always kept us informed. We recently moved into our house that we had built. Cindy and Doug played a vital role to reach our goal.

We did not choose Cindy but the only reason was that she did not have an office close to our home and she didn't have a link specifically to homes being sold in the Brookwood Cluster which we thought was a key selling point. ZillowVERIFIED Cindy delegated work on documentation to Doug Bunch whose poor attention in detail regarding documentation required multiple revisions to a Purchase and Sale Agreement that caused delays that when combined with the outage of a provider's service application put me and my family in the awkward position on day of closing of having sold our current home without being able to close on the one we were purchasing. Closing on new home was pushed out a day. On this last Cindy & Doug played ignorant of an issue involving schedule of events that caused professional embarrassment with the sellers agent and seller requiring the intervention of the regional Keller Williams manager and their dismissal from representation on the final day of closing. This despite the schedule of events having been reviewed with Doug on the Sunday prior to closing.Doug and Cindy Bunch also failed on multiple occasions to follow-up on tasks requested of them on a timely manner if at all.Examples of attention to detail in Purchase and Sale Agreement: incorrect spellings of sellers name, failure of Doug to initial revised pages despite having been requested to do so, failure to initially follow-up on missing sellers agent's initials on subsequent pages of an addendum indicating, "this shouldn't be a problem".
