Chuck and his team worked diligently to answer all my questions, utilizing all available resources to provide me with plat data, flood data, history, and numerous other things about the property. Being over in Japan, I thought it would be more difficult than normal, but he rearranged his schedule to meet the time difference so we could talk face-to-face. Once the decision was made to purchase the land, Chuck and his team gave me a list of trusted loan companies and the process was smooth. Within a week of talking and going over the contracts, the final purchase date was set and they handled everything remotely. Excellent team of professionals who I highly recommend.

He never took advantage of our house buying naievity, but patiently explained the process, especially when two offers were potentially on the table. Also, my husband and I differed greatly in our house buying approach. Chuck is a good listener and never attempted to rush or persuade either of us. Lots of phone calls when negotiating a home purchase. Think only one time I left a message and all the other times, Chuck answered the phone....on weekends and holidays. Then we met Becca, Chuck's daughter...very lovely,knowledgable young lady. She reviewed all final figures with us and answered all our questions fully.

ZillowVERIFIED I was a buyer that was in a somewhat unique situation. My home was being bought out for road development and I did have a sense of urgency to find something before my deadline. I was afraid I wouldn't get a home comparable to what I had, I contacted Chuck, as he was listed as the agent for one of the homes suggested to me by the firm in charge. I didn't bother to seek a private agent at the time as I had meet him a couple of occasions prior and I just knew he was a good man so I figured he could show me his listing himself. After visiting with him briefly he indicated he had many more options available for me that may better fit my needs. He immediately went through listings and selected some he thought I might be interested in. I went through them and we went out the next day and looked at three. I fell in love with one that was an estate.
