Review Chuck knows the market so well! So well in fact he sold our house in 10 days. We didnt want to list our house right away, we wanted to wait until after the holidays but he encouraged us to list it right away. And he was right! Becca is great at getting us information quickly. Review Since I was working from 1800 mile away, it was extremely important to me to have a realtor that I could count on for finding the right property and then for keeping me posted on all the details that made the deal go right. I cannot think of one item where Chuck and Becca were not totally knowledgeable and provided guidance that helped us complete the sale and the moving sequence in a way that was about as painless as a cross country move like this can possibly be. Review Emailed Chuck from website of home we were interested in..two minutes later, Chuck called and arranged for a showing in two days. He never took advantage of our house buying naievity, but patiently explained the process, especially when two offers were potentially on the table. Also, my husband and I differed greatly in our house buying approach. Chuck is a good listener and never attempted to rush or persuade either of us. Lots of phone calls when negotiating a home purchase. Think only one time I left a message and all the other times, Chuck answered the phone....on weekends and holidays. Then we met Becca, Chuck's daughter...very lovely,knowledgable young lady. She reviewed all final figures with us and answered all our questions fully.

Review Advertising pays. We found Chuck through an advertisement and couldn't be happier. Living 125 miles away at the time and not able to check out houses on a regular basis Chuck was great in sending us a number of homes to check out on our trips to St. Cloud. What we were most impressed with is that he stayed within our guidelines (price, location etc.). We highly recommend Chuck and Becca. Thank you Chuck and Becca ( a great father / daughter team.) And here's to our daughter hoping to move to St. Cloud in the next couple years working with a great team.

Review We first worked with Chuck in 2009 when we were looking to purchase a home for rental purposes. Chuck was responsive, professional, easy to work with and trustworthy throughout the process. He showed us many listings in our desired price range and we eventually purchased a home. Fast forward 5 years and we now wanted to sell our rental home. We immediately contacted Chuck to list the house given our very positive previous experience. He actually remembered us and our situation. We were also very happy that Becca had joined the staff since we had originally purchased the home. Both Chuck and Becca remain friendly and caring realtors who kept us informed and promptly answered our questions throughout the process. My experience in all 4 deals was outstanding we were able to sell both properties much faster then expected. Review chuck and becca are amazing. we had a challenge for them in the form of a 100 year old home with only 1 bath. they do all sorts of advertising via the internet, home finder monthly magazine, every saturday home insert in the st cloud times and open houses. they were extremely friendly and we believe that anyone who has a family can relate to how a father and daughter working together makes one hell of a team. we have referred them to many and will continue to do so. we purchased our first home with a different realtor and working with the zwillings made us realize that there are realtors out there who do care for you and truly work with you and for you.

Review I was a buyer that was in a somewhat unique situation. My home was being bought out for road development and I did have a sense of urgency to find something before my deadline. I was afraid I wouldn't get a home comparable to what I had, I contacted Chuck, as he was listed as the agent for one of the homes suggested to me by the firm in charge. I didn't bother to seek a private agent at the time as I had meet him a couple of occasions prior and I just knew he was a good man so I figured he could show me his listing himself. After visiting with him briefly he indicated he had many more options available for me that may better fit my needs. He immediately went through listings and selected some he thought I might be interested in. I went through them and we went out the next day and looked at three. I fell in love with one that was an estate. It was such a unique buying situation, in that we had so many loops holes to go through and so many people to deal to make this make purchase happen I thought it would collapse somewhere.
