ZillowVERIFIED Chuck is amazing! My family has bought and sold homes with Chuck for several years, ever since he served as a witness to a car accident my father was involved in. Chuck is an expert especially in the North Seattle neighborhoods and knows his stuff. I didn't even know I was in the market for a house until I found the perfect one and Chuck was able to help me put together an offer on the same day. Being a first time potential homeowner, I could tell that Chuck was really looking out for me when he went above and beyond and noticed some work that the seller agreed to perform that was not up to code. While it resulted in a delay, I feel much better knowing that I purchased something that is as it should be. Along the way Chuck is extremely communicative and makes you feel as if you are his only client. I can only hope that Chuck and his team are still around when it comes time to buy or sell my next home. I cannot highly recommend Chuck enough.

He knows the local market and he knows it in depth. He can discuss with you the comps that have sold and why each one was listed for the price and why it did or did not sell. He presents you with a professional and polished package of information that is specific to your situation and he walks you through it and will answer all of your questions. If you want a realtor/broker that is experienced, helpful, honest and will get the job done, you should hire Chuck Cady. He is head and shoulders above his competition.In my situation, I wasn't able to handle a lot of the items needed to sell the home. Chuck was able to coordinate with landscapers, contractors, and even returning some personal items that needed to be shipped. He was there from beginning to the end handling everything quickly and seamlessly. I only wish I had someone like Chuck where I live because I would hire him for all my real estate needs!

He stayed on top of things via phone and email and kept us up to date on what he was doing to prep the house and the time line as things progressed. I live out of town and, because of my mother's health, was responsible for handling the sale of her home. Selling a home, particularly a parent's home when aging needs require downsizing, is a stressful experience for everyone in the family. Chuck and his associates made the whole process easy, were consummate professionals, and I would highly recommend their services. Our house was a tough sell, we knew, but he kept at it until it was a done deal.Anne is friendly and down-to-earth, and really understood what we were looking for. She saw a house with a different client (who, thankfully, wasn't interested in it) and immediately knew it was The One for us, so she arranged for me to see it the next day, and she was spot-on; it was exactly the house we were looking for. We made an offer that night.Since our house hadn't yet sold, Chuck put his best effort behind selling it and with diligence found buyers, while Anne worked magic negotiating the contingency offer. She kept the sellers from giving up on us, even though it took 10 or 12 weeks to close. Chuck and his associates make a great team, both for buying and selling.
