ZillowVERIFIED Christy is a warm, friendly and practical person who had helped our daughter and son-in-law negotiate for a home they wanted and they highly recommended her service. We wanted to move closer to them and had about 6 homes and condos we were interested in seeing. Christy had them all programmed into her GPS so we were able to efficiently see them all in less than 3 hours. The last home was perfect for us. Because we lived about 60 miles away, Christy had us sign each set of papers electronically so we didn't have to keep driving through hours of traffic to meet each deadline. The process was very smooth.

She did a great job representing both the builder's and our interests and made sure we fully understood the offer. She also helped point out things the builder was offering as incentives and made sure we were awarded all that we qualified for.
