She went above and beyond for us multiple times - negotiating offers late at night, answering calls and texts at all hours, and even showing us a house on her way to Fathers Day brunch so we didnt miss out on an opportunity. She never hesitated, even when we had odd requests, and would immediately communicate our questions and requests to the seller to ensure we had a quick turnaround. She was honest and upfront at every step and kept on top of daily listings and communicated about houses she thought wed like. ZillowVERIFIED I found Leanne when she was looking at my home off market for a client of hers that wanted a home in the area. Ultimately, her client didn't want our home, but Leanne contacted me as she loved it and wanted to help us sell. Leanne is down to earth, friendly, knowledgable about the area and most importantly super up to date on the fluctuating real estate market. She talked us into pricing our home way aggressively than we originally thought, marketed it flawlessly and ultimately walked us through our seven (!) offers securing one well over asking. I would recommend Leanne to anyone, in fact I did. My cousin moving in from out of town used Leanne to find the perfect home in area and my neighbors across the street used Leanne to sell their house and buy another. We are building a new home, so we didn't use a realtor on that side, but I would absolutely trust for her to look for a home for us if that was the case!
