Interview your realtor first! Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make. Trust your agent and the lenders they recommend. Dont sign a long term agreement unless you are positive you have found the right agent. Read Reviews!

Interview agents! Dont settle on anyone. Your agent has to make you the most money, be honest and advocate for you all the way to close. Read Reviews!

I have worked with veterans, seniors downsizing or moving into care facilities, probate, divorce, young families moving up to a bigger home for family, multifamily units and investors, flippers, relocation for work, out of state buyers and first time buyers as young as 20!

I received a referral from a past client. The buyer had been working with an agent over a year and no success. Being outbid etc. We met, first offer we wrote we won and he said wow the other agent did not tell me all this information so I could write a competitive offer like this. He was still sad he missed out on several good homes but is so happy to have found his first home.

I have a passion to help everyone. No income limit/max. I genuinely want to see everyone get in an affordable home. Working in the service industry for 35 years and the long hours on my feet were taking a toll on my body. I know have the ability to make my schedule, work hard when I have to but still be home for my family when needed. When buying our first home I realized the need for a compassionate caring agent and not to be just a number. I knew I could do better so here I am.

I did the real estate classes and school like everyone else but I do take classes monthly to be on top of my game, license current with new laws and learning the best ways to market myself and your home.
