I could not be happier that I hired Christy Hines as my real estate agent. While I found the property myself, it was her dedication and zealous advocacy that made the deal actually happen ? and at a better price than I was prepared to pay. Christy was with me every step of the way through the complexities of the backup offer process. Even more impressively, because the listing agent on the other side was less than competent, Christy basically ended up doing the job of both agents. Without Christy stepping in to keep things on track, I am confident the deal would have fallen apart. Christy was relentless, professional, and incredibly responsive ? everything you want in an agent when you?re trying to close on the property of your dreams. Thanks to her, I now have the perfect home for me and my horses! I wholeheartedly recommend Christy Hines to anyone looking for an agent who will go above and beyond.

As an active duty service member Christys guidance and representation were invaluable during my wife and Is first home purchase. Christys knowledge of the North County area and relationships with lenders familiar with the VA loan were instrumental in securing us a house within our budget and in a location that supported commutes to both my wifes employer in Vista as well as Camp Pendleton. If you are a first time homebuyer, and especially if you are a servicemember, I cannot recommend Christy enough. She understands the time constraints of the job and will advocate on your behalf to make sure you are getting the best deal possible.

Christy successfully negotiated our sale in a terrible market. She probably pivoted quickly in a rapidly changing economy. She provided excellent suggestions that attracted potential buyers. I will use her in any future transactions.

Great experience with Christy Hines selling the family condo. Following skills were apparent and were key to making the sale a success at the best price - trys to get the best price for the seller, not just whatever price will close the deal - Understands the market and knows how to negotiate - pays attention to detail - is personable and will spend the time necessary to shepherd a transaction to a conclusion

Christy was always willing to go the extra mile, the extra phone call, the extra information?.whatever we needed, including offering on several occasions to preview homes and FaceTime with us when we were out of town. We were extremely happy with the service she provided and her consistent positive attitude and encouragement through the buying process. We moved from out of state and she did a wonderful job of welcoming us to California! Highly recommend!!!
