ZillowVERIFIED Our relationship with Christy began in March 2023. Being a recently retired military veteran, it took a while for documents from the VA etc. to be completed. Our first deal fell through as a result. Our second home, Christy was able to make sure the sellers had everything (documents) that I needed to present to the VA so there would be no issues with funding. She is knowledgeable in VA loans and she was able to follow through on things with the lender also. Even after closing, she checked on us to see how the move was going and if there were any unexpected surprises upon move in? I highly recommend Christy to be my realtor in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Christy Chandler and her broker were very misleading about the costs I the seller would have to pay on the day of closing. They used a bait and switch on selling my property. If you do business with them, read the fine print and don't accept the offer without final costs on paper you will have to pay...their business practices are very unprofessional. Christy Chandler didn't even come to the closing table. She didn't work for me, she worked for herself. I had two other properties to sell and I recommended a friend to her and she would have made even much more than ripping off a disabled veteran. Just beware that you could be taken advantage of. ZillowVERIFIED I have never sold a home before and was absolutely intimidated by the process and concerned that any real estate agent I worked with would not have time to concentrate on my home due to the busy market. I was also worried that my starter home would not be as important to her as some of the other bigger homes she was working on. I was WRONG! Christy Chandler is so experienced and actually cared about everything I had to say. Her knowledge helped us realize when to stop putting money into the house to sell. In 2 days, I believe we had 30+ offers, I have no idea how she kept everything straight, but she did. She kept in constant communication with us, making sure we understood everything. She never rushed anything and answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought were dumb. She is knowledgeable about the ever changing market, what makes houses sell, and the communities where she sells, but most of all, she is one of the kindest, most respectful people that I have ever dealt with. She makes you feel like you are her only client. She will definitely be the real estate agent we work with again when we sell the house we are currently in. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

We couldnt believe our home sold that quickly which was on the heels of the housing market crisis. The economy had just started to recover. Recently, she was our agent during the sale of our primary home. Christy continues to bring her aEURoeAaEUR? game. Shes the ultimate professional. Shes a wealth of information. She possesses great interpersonal skills. Shes witty and easy to talk to. I thought my last property sold expeditiously. This go-round, we listed one day and within 48 hours we had an accepted an offer. We closed as quick if not quicker than we did in 2018. As a seller, this is the first time weve experience closing on-line. The aforementioned was done, due to Covid-19. This was another process that was done in an expeditious and professional manner, and our funds were deposited directly into our personal checking account. Let me tell you when Christy says, aEURoeNo Worries & Let Me Do The Worrying.aEUR? Believe her!!! If you have a tendency to induce stress upon yourself during the sale of a home or any tense situation, you will not stress Christy out. I think she eats stress for lunch and washes it down with a glass of calm, rest assured and patients. Her calming spirit and witty charm helps to soothe some of those anxieties that tend to creep in during the process of selling. Most important, nothing impedes or stops the process. If Christy is in a closing; out of town; or an emergency pops up, in the illustrious words of Christy, aEURoeNo worriesaEUR?, as she has a whole Team of realtors that she brings along with her. The staff at Southside Realtors are awesome! I dont care how many times we called Christy, she answered. If she was indisposed at the time such as in a closing with another client. She would text us and inform us that she was in a closing and would call as soon as she could. And she did. I dont care how many questions we had. Christy provided an answer. Christy made us feel as though we were her only clients. TRUE STORY: Recently, I referred a friend of mine to Christy, as she was in the market to sell her home. She was worrying about her home not selling and not selling for the price she wanted. She made one excuse after the other. She had a beautiful home, but she kept procrastinating and wouldnt call Christy. I kept asking her, aEURoeDid you call Christy? She would say, aEURoeNo.aEUR? So, I finally told her, if you really want to sell your home call Christy. I told her that the only thing she needed to worry about was packing. My friend said, aEURoeI just dont want anybody trying to low ball me on the price.aEUR? I said, aEURoeCall Christy!aEUR? Well, she called Christy and made an appointment. After they met, my friend called me and said, aEURoeChristy came over and I dont know what happened! She assisted me in filling out the paperwork and the next thing I know Christy was talking about attaching the lockbox to the door! I dont know what just happened! I laughed and stated, aEURoeI told you Christy doesnt play around. She gets the job done!aEUR? In less than two weeks from the time her home went live on MLS, her biggest worry now is how fast can she get packed and vacate her home. And she got her asking price and some!!
