I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER REALTOR! "Chris spina was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process of buying a home in SWFL. He was my agent as a buyer but also guided me through a very difficult sale in TN when my agent up there failed to provide me with the expertise I needed. My sale in TN would never have happened without his daily creativity and ethical steering. He truly went over and above in every aspect and even traveled almost two hrs to show me properties. He did the walk-through for me while I was out of state and even handed things in TN with the title company to make the process easier for me. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and dedication. I will never use another realtor."
