Chris did a wonderful job of listing and selling our property. What made our experience even better was we were out of state and he put our minds completely at rest, ensuring he would take care of everything.

BONITA SPRINGS SOLD FOR $450,000! "I am very happy to recommend Chris Spina to you! He has been fantastic at helping this 83-yr old widow sell the house I had been in for 28 years. I was at a complete loss how to go about it from step 1!! He's kept me in the loop every step and made brilliant reccommendations, that I wasn't necessarily wanting to do, but I did, and absolutely no regrets...He was definitely right! Plus, he had a brilliant guy to do the painting, which has made a big difference. He's your man! I sure did appreciate it. He is the Best! I got lucky- had the recommendation from my lovely neighbors, and they were very helpful. THANK YOU CHRIS!!!" Call us at ???-???-???? or ????? ?????@???????????.???

Chris is an amazing realtor and he really does take the time to get to know his clients. Many times, the homes on Zillow are not at all what the pictures show. Chris was very patient and utilized our time effectively on these situations. We would recommend him to anyone in the area looking to purchase or rent a home.
