ZillowVERIFIED My family originally contacted Chris as the selling agent for another property. Unfortunately that fell through but Chris stayed with us. He stayed committed to helping us find a new home to put an offer on. Ultimately it took 3 tries before we closed and it definitely was for the best. I don't know many people in the real estate business but the standard has been set at an all time high after working with Chris. He is thorough, always willing to go the next step, very good at negotiating and an all around great person that we consider a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is awesome! We built a beautiful home with him a few years ago and recently received military orders to move. He was our first thought when it came time to hire a realtor to sell the house. He set us at ease from the beginning and made us feel like we were his only clients. Great realtor. Great friend. Absolutely would recommend! 10/10

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Chris to be our guy to assist us in buying a home. All the requests my wife wanted were negotiated and got what we wanted. Loved him so much, we chose him to sell our house also! Answered every question I had, an open book, and was so very professional. Most importantly, he is straight forward. If I wasnt moving to another state, Id choose him again!

ZillowVERIFIED There are very few people who I have come into contact with that make you believe that they genuinely care about you while working for you. Chris and his team are a part of that elite few. During our home purchasing process, this man (along with so many others) went out of his way to make sure that our house became our home, doing the miraculous when we just about gave up. I'll never forget the day I went to Dairy Queen and he called to tell me that the house was ours. I never had ice cream taste so good lol. I thank God for the American Dream. If you don't believe in God, trust me when I say that Chris will make a believer out of you!

He spent a considerable amount of time and brought a lot of wisdom to help inform us of our best options while also helping to find our personal fit on a new property. He and his team were always cordial, prompt, and responsive, even well after hours at time. You will not go wrong using Chris or the American Dream Team for your next sale or purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good things about Chris and his team. We have loved every second of working with them! We contacted Chris about selling our home in Lakeland and he had the home ready to list in no time and under contract in less than 24 hours. The transaction has been seamless and I feel like Chris always had our best interest. Also it is important to note that he has an amazing crew of skilled professionals in his network that are there to help within just a few (or less) days notice. This was very important to us as we live 12 hours away couldnt be there to find professionals ourselves. Everything from the repairs to the home to the listing pictures/videos, have been amazing! All in all, if youre looking to buy or sell in the Valdosta (or surrounding) area, call Chris!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were out of state military home buyers and relied heavily on Chris throughout our home buying process. He had a great attitude and went above and beyond for us, which was highly appreciated considering we weren't physically there for a majority of the process. Anytime I had a question or concern, he quickly responded and was always one step ahead. He made home buying from out of state a breeze, and was so easy to work with. When it comes time to sell in the future, he'll be our first call, and we look forward to working with him again.
