Chris was so great to work with. He was referred to me by a family friend and I can see why he gets so many referrals. He gave us very good advice pre-listing to help us decide what elements made sense to update and which ones to not. Once listed, he was very active with open houses, signs, social media. He did a virtual walk through. Really drove the right kind of traffic to see the house. And we found just the right buyers. Win win!

Chris was very professional with a warm, fun, personal touch. He tried to understand our needs and wishes and did what he could to make things happen for us. He was always watching out for our best interests when dealing with the other agent/buyer during negotiations and walked us through each step from start to finish of selling our home and buying another. He even drove with us 10+ hours round trip to take us house hunting in another city. That's dedication! As a realtor I know he meets all types of people and families with different personalities and ways of doing things....he worked hard at blending in with us and making sure we were comfortable. Even during the not so fun times. The best part....our pugs loved Chris which speaks volumes! He's a family man, a veteran and all around good guy. All things we appreciate.
