I reached out to him and after a sit down meeting, felt confident using Chris as our agent. We just purchased our home with Chris as our realtor and he is by far the best one we have ever had. Chris' strengths are many but what really stood out to us was his vast knowledge of the area and his grasp on all aspects of different types of homes. From wells to septic systems, different types of roofs, old vs modern electrical, pools, etc. I always knew if I wasn't sure on something, Chris more then likely did and was able to give us educated advice.
