We interviewed four realtors including Chris who was a recommendation from a colleague. While all four were more than happy to help us sell our home, Chris is the only one who took the time to get to know us. Without exception, everything we needed from finding a good carpenter for some touch up work to knowing when to close the deal with the best offer, Chris had our backs. Thats the personal side. On the business side, Chris listed our house on a Monday and we had a ratified, no contingencies offer for over asking price by Wednesday. We never raised an issue or question that he didnt resolve, usually within minutes. That is the kind of performance you only get from a multi decade professional. It is true that all Realtors are to commit to certain standards of conduct and ethics, but we soon realized how Chris exceeded them all. He truly possess a servants heart, willfully going the proverbial extra mile. An example to support this assertion: Soon after we accepted an offer and began preparing to move, I became seriously ill and was hospitalized. Chris came by to visit me while I was recovering and brought me lunch. He is an amazing person, whose best attributes spill over into his professional life. Without reservation, my wife and I highly recommend Chris! He has become our friend. He came out right away and from the beginning we had a good feeling about him. When we finally decided what we were going to do with the property he was there with valuable information as to people who could help. He gave us a name for a great contractor to get the home updated as well as other contacts we could use. I feel Chris went out of his way for us in some cases when we couldnt decide whether to live in the house and sell our townhouse or just sell the house. When we pulled the trigger and put the home on the market he gave us a name of a good stagier and cleaning ladies who came out and made sure the home was ready to be seen. Chris left me thoroughly impressed with his skilful management of every aspect of this transaction. He provided me with the most excellent representation with both the Seller and Sellers agent even though I am currently located in another country, Saudi Arabia. He also represented me well with the title company involved with the Closing, Cardinal Title Company. And if all of this weren?t enough, Chris DiNapoli has followed this up and on his own personal time, provided continuous and timely checking up on the property I purchased by taking care to turning the pool pump on and off each day, and arranging a Painting contractor to come in and repaint the entire interior of the property. He also provided me with contact numbers for pool maintenance, landscape service providers, and also connected me with the various utility providers enabling a seamless transfer of the billing to me for each of these. If the scale went to 10 stars, I would rate Chris at 15 or even 20 stars, as he has conducted himself well above and beyond my expectations. ZillowVERIFIED I wasnt sure where to start when I began looking for my first home until two friends both recomended Chris. I shot him an email and he responded quickly. From the start he seemed happy to help and excited. Due to his experience he can answer any question you may have and his network includes every proffession youll need to close on your new home quickly. He provided excellent advice and great knowledge of the areas he is liscenced to work, which is MD, VA, and DC at the time of this review. When I asked to see a home/several homes he was able to coordinate with the listing agents and have it arranged typically within 30 minutes. Chris also sent me homes he thought I would be interested in based on my desires. I was sold on the house I purchased as soon as I pulled into the driveway. There were at least 6 people set to view that day alone. I asked him what to offer to have the best chance of winning the seller over and his advice landed me the house. He managed to get the seller to cover closing costs without me even asking him to do so. Its the last 10% that seperates the good from the best and Chris always took care of the little things as if they were as important as the big. I recommend Chris to anyone looking for a home or property. If I move again I know who Im calling.

Some call it fate - we just happened to come upon Chris when we started early on in our new home search - and viewed one of his listings. And, one thing admirable about Chris is that hell go above what is required, expected - and deliver on things you werent even really thinking about. I guess what I am saying is, he has your back.
