ZillowVERIFIED Christine helped me buy my first house 12 years ago and taught me a lot of what to look for in a home. We are now enlisting her to look for our next home!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine did a great job helping us sell my dad's house. She knew the Schenectady (Parkwood) neighborhood inside and out. The showing of the house went very well, and we received a great offer. Her knowledge of the selling process was excellent, and she was able to resolve a few issues that came up. Thanks Christine. We would highly recommend her and will use her services again, I'm sure.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a real estate agent to sell my income property, so I looked for a good name in local real estate which was Miranda Real Estate. I looked for a volume sales person, someone with knowledge and experience, and who knew how to sell properties. After two house sales both over asking price and quick sales, professional pictures that presented the properties very well, I highly recommend Christine to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I would definitely recommend Christine M. Serafini to be your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We are happy with the service Christine has provided us. She made the process of selling and buying the house very smooth. She has helped me in the past, and this time I recommended her because I had a good experience with her in the past. She showed us the houses we saw online. She is very patient. She has a lot of experience, so she knows what the seller will ask and accept. Our house went on pending status in less than 24 hours. Our new home is beautiful. We are satisfied with the purchase. Thank you so much, Christine and Miranda, for the services.

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with a lot of real estate agents over the years for personal homes, investment properties and commercial properties and I will say without a doubt Christine is and has been the absolute best. I have worked with her on the Buyer and Seller side so I have experienced her professionalism and worth ethic on both sides. Absolutely wonderful and you will not find a better agent. So pleased!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine is an outstanding realtor! She is knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive. More importantly, Christine is caring, kind and personable. She managed an extremely difficult listing situation with grace and composure. Her buoyant personality kept me going throughout a protracted sale process (the length of which had nothing to do with Christine's work). I used Christine's services for both the sale and purchase of homes. She dropped everything to show me houses at a moment's notice and was so accommodating to my schedule. I just can't say enough good things about Ms. Christine Serafini! I highly recommend that you hire her today!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine was amazing! She went above and beyond to get our house sold! We have never had a better experience with a realtor! She was very patient and demonstrated great communication through the entire process. For us, this was key due to us living out of state. She was passionate and very thorough. She demonstrated excellence in all aspects of her work and we would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone; buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED For lack of a better word Christine is excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and will negotiate and guide you as if she was the one buying or selling the property. She worked with me at my convenience even if that was late at night or very early in the morning. Her response time via call text or email was almost instantaneous. Not only do I plan to work with Christine more in the future but I will also refer her to all that I know who may be looking to buy or sell a home. After many bad experiences with other realty companies in the capital region she showed me why I will never use another realty company again. If Christine isn't your realtor you have the wrong realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine represented our family in the selling of our Schenectady home (which sold to the first family to walk through) and the purchase of our home in Petersburgh. Although she wasn't familiar with the country areas we were looking - she quickly learned what we liked and what would work best for our family. We enjoyed the house hunting with her - she was never too busy and there was never a time she pushed us - it was like working with a friend!! If you're ever up in our area - Please stop in!!

ZillowVERIFIED Does not answer calls, does not call you back, just wants to put her name on your house and forget about you. I was planning to have her sell my home, but she failed to return my calls, after I left her a message about finding another agent, she finally called and I am so glad I did not go with her, she is very unreliable, she helps rents units also and my coworkers cannot get a hold of her ( 2013) and she is still not returning calls. I would never recommend this agent for any realestate needs.
