Miranda Real Estate Group

Christine helped me buy my first house 12 years ago and taught me a lot of what to look for in a home. We are now enlisting her to look for our next home!

christine did an amazing job helping me find my home! she was very knowledgeable about what to look for in a home and helped me find the perfect home that matched exactly what i was looking for. i would absolutely use christine again to buy or sell a home!

Christine did a great job helping us sell my dad's house. She knew the Schenectady (Parkwood) neighborhood inside and out. The showing of the house went very well, and we received a great offer. Her knowledge of the selling process was excellent, and she was able to resolve a few issues that came up. Thanks Christine. We would highly recommend her and will use her services again, I'm sure.

My experience with Christine was wonderful she was very helpful and patient with us throughout the process and shes a wonderful person/ person and the best person to help you buy or sell. SHE GETS IT DONE !!!!

I was looking for a real estate agent to sell my income property, so I looked for a good name in local real estate which was Miranda Real Estate. I looked for a volume sales person, someone with knowledge and experience, and who knew how to sell properties. After two house sales both over asking price and quick sales, professional pictures that presented the properties very well, I highly recommend Christine to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I would definitely recommend Christine M. Serafini to be your agent.
