ZillowVERIFIED The sale of our mobile home started out simple Chris hadn't done anything in a mobile home park, involving rented land, but she marketed it well. It sold in a week, closed in another. We were on the road to Yuma before we knew it. THEN the trouble hit, the buyers money was not handled properly putting a delay in the transfer, first it was a day, then 13 days late. We were 1325 miles from Spokane! Chris notified us and reassured us it was only a delay. Sure enough it all ended well,I would NEVER buy or sell or advise anyone to, without a realtor! One example is a had a question and she answered her phone while ordering food or while she was at a track meet. Chris was very knowledgable and never gave up. The last day of closing got very tough because the lender of the selling of my house halted the recording. Chris spent all day working on this and nothing else so I could move into my new home.

When the sale of a home was threatening to fall through, Chris did everything in her power to try to make it work. Unfortunately, she couldn't dig a septic system by herself when the owners weren't willing so that deal did end up not going through. However, this meant that I got to spend more time with her as we looked at more properties. Even when they are indecisive, Chris is very patient with clients and goes the extra mile.
