ZillowVERIFIED Christine is simply amazing -- there's no other way to put it. In a market where property sales are notoriously slow, Christine had my home under contract in less than two weeks with a full offer. She's honest and fair to a fault, hyper diligent, impeccable with the details, and just an all-around great person. Christine shines the most with her pristine marketing and deep professional network. These are intangibles that most other agents lack, and of which I am convinced are what got my home under contract so quickly. She is in a class of her own. Work with her; you WILL be impressed.

ZillowVERIFIED I met with many agents prior to listing my home and Christine was the most prepared, informed, and aligned with our high expectations. Throughout the process and many unusual bumps in the road, she remained extremely professional and communicated beyond perfectly with us. I highly recommend Christine if you are looking to sell a property. If I could give her 10 stars I would have!

ZillowVERIFIED When I met Christine I had been trying to find a good realtor. It seemed like all the ones I met never had time or wouldnt respond appropriately. Finally I told myself I would just go on and look for houses myself and thats when I met her. From the beginning she took her time to set her day to find my needs and wants in a home. She took her time and asked meaningful questions to narrow our search. We viewed houses I wanted to see and houses she picked out and she gave her honest opinion. She wasnt just my realtor she treated my search for my home like it was hers. She noticed things and pointed them out. She spent her time looking for house that fit my needs. Most importantly she took me out of my comfort zone and found my house. When I seen it I knew it was the one. Christine stayed with me through the whole process from beginning to end I didnt have to call her she always had me on speed dial. Lol, she really took her time to find out what mattered to me. She stayed on the lender as much as she could and kept me informed about everything that I didnt have knowledge of. She is truly the best of the best. Working with Christine to find my home took less than 2 weeks and closing took under two months shes knowledgeable, sweet, patient, thoughtful, and very wise. If you want a realtor that cares about their clients needs and wants shes your realtor. You wont have to worry about finding time for her she will have all the time you need. Christine helped me find home and she can help you find yours.

ZillowVERIFIED I think, well I know from experience that Christine is the best. She is the fourth agent that have assisted me in buying a home. She is very proactive, patient, and intelligent. Any questions you have or anything you don't like about your home buying process, she can help you resolve the situation. I would recommend you give her a try versus another agent. Trust me if you give Christine a try, she will leave her "Mark." She was a good agent. I gained a friend in the process. Thanks Christine for your hard work and determination.Harriett

ZillowVERIFIED Christine Mark is absolutely AMAZING! I am so glad that I happened upon her on Zillow. From out very first meeting she was open- minded and ready to help me. She asked me what I wanted and did not want. She took me to see what I wanted to see but ultimately my dream home was not on my list. She suggested we go to a new neighborhood that she knew about. The moment I walked into my home I knew it was the one. She was with me every single step of the way and I am already referring friends and family to her.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine sold our home in Snellville, GA. In the selling process, the buyer is well protected by rules and regulations. The seller must have a great agent to be protected too. Christine was always looking out for our best interests as sellers. She explained the rules and answered all our questions about the sales process, comparable sales in the neighborhood, and sales strategies. She was very prompt when we called and had terrific followup with all parties to the transaction. She is a knowledgeable, committed real estate agent. We would highly recommend Christine Mark as your listing agent. She's always on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine was very impressive, warm, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She is very well versed in her knowledge of the area and of real estate law. She is meticulous with details. Christine was always very good to look out for our very best interest, guiding us but leaving enough respectful room to make decisions we felt were the right ones for us. I always felt like she would seek and demand the very best for us as we negotiated throughout the selling process. She used various forms of communication to keep us up-to-date on whatever we needed to know. We sold our home in less than a week. Very impressive. She has an incredible photographer and uses multiple outlets of media and print to get the word out! I highly recommend her. We are very appreciative of all of her help.
