ZillowVERIFIEDWe are military and moved here from Maryland, not knowing this is going to be a nightmare! Don't use this relator, and don't trust her agency if they have a house for sale. We ended up closing with them. The inspection people and the VA appraiser missed major construction issues, as electrical hazards and leaking pipes, wrong installed pipes, wrong voltage box. Which were not disclosed anywhere from their seller either. The Pest control had a wiped out white background with a different date on. We are military and we have to face now REPAIRS OF of more than 12 k. It's UNSAFE TO LIVE IN THIS HOUSE. We had several contractors look at it. Beside how Christine filled out the contract looked very unprofessional, like she never done this before. She had several issues doing normal office work. Very unprofessional all in all. She can get 2 stars because she was available to show us a lot of houses in a small period of time although she said first she wasn't available and I asked her to give us a colleague. She wasn't very focused on our sale. I guess after we agreed it didn't matter for her, nor did she bother to greet us in public again. Because we weren't unprofessional and just asked questions where the floor cracks came from (which weren't seen because she turned on the small light strings instead of the overhead and the boards had patterns in it) .So, putting everything together we feel being played and it's a HUGE FINANCIAL burden on our military family.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine's personality is great for the career field she chose. She is so easy to work with; I have bought and sold several homes with her help. Each property is different; I listed a home in Salford Place, Columbia County, GA. that Christine had helped me purchase 10 years prior. Home was utilized as a rental and needed a few repairs before resale. I spruced up my home and thought I was good to go, Christine assessed my home and pointed out I needed to replace the vinyl in master bath and possibly reroof due to age of roof. I told Christine I would consider these 2 additional improvements but please go ahead and list my home. She did and response was mediocre, 7 weeks later I updated the vinyl and reroofed my home and the calls and request for showings went through the roof. Mind you I increased the price of my home by $5,000 to offset cost of new roof, but response was astounding and I was under contract in just a few weeks after making the 2 repairs Christine suggested in the beginning. You will enjoy working with Christine whether you are buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine has truly been a blessing to me and my family and I'm glad to call her friend. Without her I don't think we could have had such a pleasant experience. She is a true professional, but at the same time makes you feel like family. She worked with us throughout the process, from the initial assessment of the house, to the comps for a competitive listing, to the renovations and upgrades to the final sale. She was with us all the way. She kept us informed throughout the process and made critical suggestions when needed to ensure we got the most for our time and money. Her insight and experience was invaluable and I truly believes she cares about her clients and their success. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs...5 Stars

ZillowVERIFIED Christine is unequivocally the best real estate agent I've ever had representing my interest/concerns in all matters concerning my property. I'm active duty military (Army) and deployments often require me to leave the United States for lengthy tours overseas. That stated, Christine's diligence and networking abilities ensured my property remained occupied with tenants and all maintenance concerns were expeditiously resolved. When my wife and I decided to sell our home Christine assured us she would work hard to make it happen. That's exactly what she did and ever interaction during the process of selling our property assured me that goal was quickly becoming a reality. Regardless of your location around the globe, if you're looking for a fantastic agent to service your real estate needs in the Georgia area Christine is undoubtedly the BEST!! Experienced and extremely knowledgeable, Christine will use every tool in her real estate toolbox to turn your property dreams into reality. Highly recommended!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine Keller is the best ever. I had listed my house with another agency and it sat for a couple of years without any traction. I changed and went with Christine and she helped me through the process of getting my house ready for sale. She is full of advice and knowledge. I lived over 4 hours from the listed property and Christine would go and check on my property, would turn water off to keep from freezing the pipes, she went way beyond what you would ever expect from an agent. She truly cares about her listings and the owners. I finally entered into a contract after going through a great deal of personal stress, which she was always there to lend advice and guidance, and she sold my property. I would recommend her to anyone if you are buying or selling a property. She really knows her stuff and will fight for you.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Christine Keller, she is not only an outstanding realtor but a wonderful person in general. As we went through the process of selling our house, she kept us informed of everything weekly and in some cases daily. We originally was under contract with another agency but after almost two years of them having our property on the market without any potential buyers (just collecting money from us) we decided to contact Christine and three months later SOLD!!!!! Thank you so much for everything you did to make this process successful, painless, fast and profitable!

ZillowVERIFIED After having a challenging experience with another realtor I went with Christine. She was very understanding of my circumstances and went out of her way to help get my house sold. She was always available and responded quickly and appropriately to my questions or concerns. She is very personable and easy to work with. I have a very busy schedule and moved out of the area before my house sold. Christine took care of everything. She is extremely efficient at her job and effective with extensive and prompt marketing. It is difficult to choose a realtor especially if you are moving from out of town to a new area. If you are moving to Augusta or more specifically North Augusta in Hammonds Ferry look no further. I strongly recommend Christine Keller based on her work ethic, interpersonal skills and knowledge of both the local service and maintenance companies to assist with any inspection issues or needed repairs and real estate in general.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have worked with her to buy one home and to sell two. She also worked with my fiancA(C) to sell her house, and each time she has gone above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. In our most recent sale, she worked with a repairman to take care of a long list of repairs that the buyer wanted after I had already moved to CA. Christine made what could have been a painful and expensive process go smoothly and made sure that everything was done correctly and on time.If you are buying or selling in the CSRA, you wont find a better realtor than Christine!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine is the Best. She is honest and understands that owning a home is own of your biggest investments. She helped us buy a foreclose home in National Hills. We renovated the home in 3 years time. With her knowledge of the area and what people were desiring in a home, we were not hesitant that our home would sell for top dollar. A week after putting our home on the market, we had an favorable offer. I have recommended her to other family members and friends. She simply gets the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine helped me buy my home in 2009. I would credit her with having patience, offering to show different properties from Columbia County to Richmond County in efforts to help me figure out what I wanted. When we found the right home Christine worked to negotiate on our behalf and provided alot of knowledge, making us feel comfortable and safe about our purchase. It was a great experience. After my divorce I moved out of state and rented my property and moved to Massachusetts. I called Christine after the tenants trashed the place and moved out without paying rent. Christine went through a very complex ordeal to help me shortsell my home without having a foreclosure on my record. I would recommend Christine as a real estate and and feel that she is a wonderful human being as well as a thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable, and driven person.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine is hands down the best realtor in life. I have not met a more selfless, and sweet soul. She cares 100% about your happiness, sanity, and end results! She will answer the phone in the middle of the night, she always got back within a timely manner, and I never seen someone work so hard for someone else happiness in life! She made every single thing possible and even if it was out of expectation her positive attitude and determination to make everything work possible was always a number one to her. She is not only the best in her business, you actually have someone who cares and it don't get better than that. There were many times I just knew I was on her nerves with all my doubts and questions and being scared about everything. She was always first to make sure I knew she was there for me, no matter what to always call because she would help. I can't think of a more amazing woman. I know any real estate agents and I don't think I have ever met one more "in" than her. Her happiness is watching your dreams come true and you can tell, she is there for you 110% ! Christine you are amazing sweet lady! I can not thank you enough for everything you have done. Being the friend you are is more than a blessing. I know a lot of people who feel the same way. Thank you for loving us! Thank you for loving your passion, your the best in the business! It shows! Thank you again for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Christine helped me and my husband buy a house, and within the year, list that same house due to divorce. She not only excelled in her real estate skills, arranging to get the keys, getting a handyman to assess the house for needed improvements, she also lent a compassionate ear during a very difficult time. I love doing business with kind people. If you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty, choose Christine.

ZillowVERIFIED Christine Keller is the absolute best realtor that I have ever worked with. We are a military family so we move a lot. Over 21 years, my husband and I have purchased 4 homes, sold 3 of those and rented a bunch more. We have lived all over the world, and through all of the moves I can easily say that Christine Keller is THE best. I have sent her texts late at night before I realize what time it is and she always replied. She was always available by phone and email, even on an occasion when she was on vacation and I contacted her. We had been holding on to our home for over 10 years and even though it was just built in 2004, no matter what we tried we never had interest from buyers. From the moment that Christine became our realtor, she was moving quickly. She was able to get the first offer before the house was even shown. Even though our home sale was very difficult because it was a short sale and we do not live in Georgia, Christine went over and above to do everything that she could to make sure that the sale was as fast and as smooth as a traditional sale. Christine follows up and follows through. I would definitely work with Christine as my realtor again if I ever move back to the CSRA and recommend her to anyone that wants rapid results while still getting quality service.
