I do not typically write reviews, but Chrissie Goodrum is worthy of letting people who are interested in selling/purchasing real-estate an honest referral. This year (2024), our family was challenged with assisting a family member sell their home. Coincidently, we had recently received a marketing mailer from Chrissie in connection to the community our family member lived in. We decided to take a shot without knowing her and decided to called her. Chrissie essentially interviewed for the job. Her presentation and professionalism were excellent. She was thorough by providing us her knowledge of the area which included comps, recent sales, and market trends. At the end, she got the job! Prior to listing, Chrissie utilized her connections to help in staging recommendations, handyman names, movers, and painters. This was important to us as it eliminated the hassle of locating people in the area to get the home sales ready. The home in reference was over 20 years old which had outdated paint/wallpaper and we decided to paint most of the home with Chrissies guidance. We felt that really that contributed to bringing the home to contract within ten days. We ended up receiving a full price cash offer and I owe much to Chrissie. A few above and beyond items: aEURc Chrissie is excellent in communication. She would always keep me up to date via text and her responsiveness is bar none. aEURc Chrissies family member who is a handy person on the side helped on several occasions including installing a new mirror in the powder room, and helped remove some large items from the house. This was bar raising and unexpected. aEURc The level of trust she brought in a matter of a few weeks made our family feel comfortable knowing that Chrissie could do her job. From a marketing mailer, to becoming our relator, to now a friend, Chrissie is the only realtor our family can count on.

Plenty of realtors have "good personalities"... but sometimes, they don't have the astute professionalism to go with it. Chrissie is the best of both worlds! SUPER nice, friendly and easy to be around - but she's also an executive-level professional, when it comes to her job. I am a busy person, with multiple businesses, and priorities.
