    FAQ

    Answered Questions

Where can I find first time home buyer help?

Reach out to a lender and research. Depending on the area, type of home, land etc, see if there are any local grants for your type of loan for deposit or closing costs.

Where can I find first time home buyer help?

Research local agents in the area you would like to live, have a conversation with them, once they have had the chance to speak with you, discuss the buying process, you will have a idea if the agent is a good fit for you, a better idea of what you are looking for, & the current market status. While the lender will advise the monthly payment that works for you, type of property your would like.

What if a home appraises for more than the offer?

This is a wonderful issue, you have equity in the property!

What is the first step in buying a home?

Research agents & see if you feel comfortable, if they explain the process, the current market & spend time answering questions, you will know if its a good fit. Typically they will have you reach out to lenders, to find out what you qualify for, what monthly payment works for you, type of loan etc.

Can my house not be photographed?

Yes you may ask that the interior of the home not be photographed, no video during showings etc. FYI, typically buyers will ask the buyers agent, to ask the listing agent for photos. Sadly it happens quite a bit the buyers think the home is not in good shape. While you are selling put all of my personal belongings away, photos etc, and set your home up as a show room to sell. Photos are the #1 draw to your property let it be highlighted. Yes price & mystic are also a valuable tool, the best features are typically kitchens, baths & sun!

How can I get the most money from selling my house?

A clean, well maintained property & organized home, with professional photos, video, priced right, with all requirements handled, permits closed, clear title, state requirements met, ready for the next buyer typically stirs up a multiple offer situation. The right buyer, agent, terms, attorneys make for a smooth transaction.
