ZillowVERIFIEDThis was our second time working with Christina, and once again, we were impressed by her expertise. Christina is dedicated to assisting her clients and ensures a seamless buying/selling process. Her responsiveness and communication ensures nothing falls short throughout the entire process. We couldn?t recommend Christina enough.
ZillowVERIFIEDChristina made the buying process about as smooth as possible. As first time buyers, we didnt know what to expect. She explained everything and answered all our questions quickly! She connected us with a great mortgage broker and a great attorney as well! She has extensive local knowledge, and Im sure we will be working with her again in the future. We would recommend her without hesitation!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristina has been absolutely amazing to work with in our home buying process. First of all, she?s a warm, kind, delightful person and it?s nice to do business with someone like that. She?s also a skillful professional when it comes to home real estate. She never pressured us in any way before we were ready to commit, and was an excellent negotiator and advocate for our interests once we found the house we wanted to call our home. She was always very responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure we understood and were comfortable with every step of the process. As an added bonus: she has built a huge network of vendors that she trusts and can vouch for and shares those contacts generously. All of her referrals have worked out very well. We?ll definitely be recommending Christina to anyone in need of a real estate agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDChristina is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Very professional and personable. Goes above and beyond to make the buying process easy. Helped with utility set up, local lawyers, and local business. We were buying while located out of the state and she made this seamless.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Christina to buy our first home, and we are so happy to have had the chance to work together. Christina comes with a wealth of knowledge on real estate that made our experience easy and smooth. Communicating with Christina was easy and effective, and we were informed every step of the way and what needed from us. As first-time home buyers, there were so many details we had to learn, and Christina kept us on top of all the things we needed to be aware of in every stage, from viewing properties to securing funding and getting ready to close. In addition to all this, Christina was able to recommend us to attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and insurance brokers, and all those were high-quality references we ended up choosing to work with after researching various alternatives. Thank you, Christina!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristina did an amazing job assisting in the sale of our condo. She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond assisting with cleaners/movers/etc. She had a great deal of experience about the area and condo association, helping the sale progress extremely smoothly. Throughout the process she kept us up-to-date on next steps and ensured there were no surprises during the listing and sale process.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe hired Christina after researching which agents were selling condos in the same building the fastest and for the highest profit. Christina was a true professional and knew the condo market and the right price for us to list our property. We had a cash offer in three days (30K over the asking price.) What was helpful was that Christina and I could text back and forth about what condo docs were needed, and getting the smoke certificate done. She had electricians and a closing attorney that she could recommend to us which was also helpful. The whole process went smoothly and I would highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDChristina?s experience and knowledge, combined with her politeness, patience and the truthful desire to find the right place for her clients, makes her a unique professional. I will always thank your kind advice and suggestions, your effort and dedication; but above all, I will always be grateful for your friendship. Amazing job Christina!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristina is knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of real estate. She is kind, empathetic, and very easy to work with. Prior to my sister passing, she asked Christina if she could come meet me, as Christina was her realtor when she sold her home and bought her condo and she want Christina to help my Neice and I sell her condo when she passed. Christina came over, sincerely caring about my sister, she stayed and visited. I felt like I had just met up with a friend. From the day my sister passe, 6/14 until todayx 8/22, when the condo closed, Christina has been there for my niece and I every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMNEND Christina and would call on her again.
