Christina Taylor was a tremendous resource with selling our home. She is very talented with highlight our homes strengths and helping to connect to buyers with great marketing. We receiving several offers well over listing and were under contract in 4 days. She stayed connected with us through txt and emails throughout the process and supported decision making with offers. Christina knows her job and has outstanding customer service! Very responsive to your calls and texts. Despite this insane low supply, high demand market we?re currently in, her quick actions helped me jump on a house I really wanted the first minute it became available! And getting it for exactly what it appraised for and not a dollar more, and most the closing costs paid for by the seller, I feel truly lucky.
