We recently sold our home near Guyton GA and chose Tracie as our realtor. She made such a wonderful impression right off the bat. Trust me, I'm not pushy, but she just starts working immediately any way. I couldn't have asked for more, I felt like I was talking to a trusty family member or friend (not just a business transaction). I was interested in many properties, and she knew about all my interested subdivisions, I couldn't make up my mind, it's my trait, and I don't like to be pushed, Aimee was patient and encouraging the along the way. We loved working with Tracie! We live out of state and were looking to purchase land in the area to build on for our retirement. She made the process very easy and enjoyable!
