McIntosh Realty Team

10 out of 10 recommend! I had worked with multiple realtors over the years, and none of them were as helpful, patient, and dedicated as Aimee. From day one, before we even had a contract, she was ready and willing to help me. She sent me a house on the very first day we met, and I closed just 45 days later. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but Aimee always took the time to listen and guide me through everything. Day or night, weekdays, holidays, it didnt matter. She was always available to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that she never tried to pressure me into homes or decisions I wasnt sure about. I told her exactly what I wanted in location and layout, and she delivered in a way I honestly didnt think was possible. The home I ended up purchasing had been sitting on the market unnoticed while I had been searching with other realtors, and somehow Aimee found exactly what was meant for me. She made the entire experience smooth, stress free, and exciting. I will absolutely be recommending her to first time homebuyers, military veterans, and anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients.

Aimee is awesome and tenacious. We live out of state and could not look for a house in person. She went to the properties and took videos. She helped us arrange property inspections. She helped us get financing when our lender of choice failed us. She pointed out issues with the property we chose and got the sellers to address them. You just will not find a better agent in the Savannah area. We felt like we had a real advocate on our team. Very lucky to have found her.

Aime did a great job. As a first time home buyer I was never worried about if I was making the right decision because her expertise and patience made me more confident in my buying process. Very responsive even when I had questions on weekends. I am very grateful for Aime and the opportunity to have her as my Realtor.

Aimee was so knowledgeable and attentive! We were out of state for most of the process and this would have been a nightmare without Aimee. She worked so hard for us. We are in love with our new home and it is all thanks to Aimee. If you are looking for a new home or to sell your home, I cannot recommend Aimee enough, she will go above and beyond for you. Thank you for everything Aimee!

Aimee was very helpful and attentive during our home-buying process. She sent new listings regularly and followed up on where we were in the selling process of our other home. She was able to make the move across the country a lot less stressful than it could have been.
