ZillowVERIFIEDChristina was quick on her response time, gave us the comfort that our home was her #1 priority throughout the entire process. Her expertise put us into a position for exposure everywhere and it led us to a quick cash sale. We listed and six days later had an offer!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina was amazing to work with. We live up north and needed an agent who was willing to do the leg work for us on Pine Island. She was always sending us properties that fit our criteria to view and then was ready to look at it if we needed an opinion or a video. When we finally found the property that was a great for us, she made the process simple and the transaction flew by without any issues. A couple weeks after we closed, she even drove by to look at it just to see if it had any issues that needed attention. What a great help for us since we live up north and cant tell if anything is wrong.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina was by far the best agent I have ever worked with. Both my husband and I agreed that she went above and beyond to help us find our house. If we should sell our house in the future she will certainly be offered our listing, we couldnt have found a better realtor of that we are certain.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have picked a better real estate professional. From the moment you meet with Christina she makes you feel at ease. Not only does she tell you the process, but she follows through with everything. Never at any moment did we have any reservations about the choice we made. We knew the sale would be difficult due to the high HOA fees in the community and it would take a particular buyer to be interested in it. Christina was able to secure a successful and happy closing!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina is never willing quit. Even after I had two "unheard of" issues (according to my loan officer), that happened on the day of my closing. Christina still got me closed. Couldn't recomend her more.

ZillowVERIFIED Very impressed with Christina's ability to make things happen. She is able to deal with challenging and difficult situations as they arise. Very organized and not afraid to say "I don't know the answer ... but I will find it out" and then she has all the answers in a timely manner. Willing to listen and work with both buyers and sellers. Christina has sold my Florida home and facilitated the purchase of my next Florida home and assisted with every aspect of the transaction as I live in Michigan. Seamless transactions and she dealt with most of the communications with title companies. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and she is by far the most professional Realtor I have worked with! Five Stars all the way!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had been trying to find a home for about 3 years when we met Christina. We walked through many houses and cycled through almost just as many realtors. From the first call to closing, she was informative, knowledgeable, and willing to search for the answer if she did not have it. We visited many, many, many, many houses. We even went through a period where we stopped looking because we just could not find anything we could both agree on. When we resumed our search, Christina was right there searching with us. We were picky and it paid off. When we finally found our home, Christina was timely with any contract that needed signing or reviewing. During our inspection window, Christina made sure our inspector, title company, and anyone else we dealt with were reputable and thorough. Beyond a great home hunting there was a human connection that was equally essential. Christina is a Beast in this game:)! We would highly recommend her and thank her for all she has done for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina is truly a professional. I bought a Condo in Florida sight unseen, except for pictures. Christina was my only eyes on the property. When I did see the property in person, I was not disappointed. She kept in touch during the sale process and after to make sure I was satisfied. I have dealt with several realtors in my lifetime and I am sure Christina is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina is an excellent Real Estate representative. She gave background on the neighborhood, knew the ins and outs of each place we looked at and went beyond helping us find inspectors, and recommended good local entrepneurs when we inquired. We would certainly reccomend her to any of our friends. Thanks Christina.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Diaz is truly a top of the line professional. First time home buyer or even fifth time, she will help you find the home you want not the home you'll settle just for. She helped me throughout my process and never seemed bothered. From the first call I made to the late calls on Sunday night asking about a home I saw on Zillow, she was there to answer me in a heartbeat. I am beyond grateful, and to whomever is reading this, you will not regret your decision if you go with her.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a good real estate agent, my husband and I highly recommend Christina! We had a great experience with her from the initial consultation to closing. When you are buying and/or selling a house and having to move from one house to another, it is exciting but also very stressful. We got through the process relatively easily and quickly thanks to Christinas experience and her great communication skills. When we had questions, we sent her email or texts, and she got right back to us with answers and solutions. She stayed on top of everything in every step of the process. One of my coworkers, who used to be a loan officer, was VERY impressed with Christina. My coworker commented to me several times that I had a very good realtor. Christina is a dedicated agent who understands your needs and goals. Whether you are selling or buying a house, or whether you are selling and buying at the same time like we did, I wish you a successful journey. My husband and I wish Christina the best.

ZillowVERIFIED I was truly impressed with Christina as my realtor! As a first home buyer, I was clueless to the process. Christina was extremely informative and accommodating throughout my entire experience. Despite my pickiness, she was super patient and honest with me. I always felt she was looking out for my best interest. She was always on top of it, I never had to wait on a response and she was sure to keep the whole team hustling to close, even though we were right in the middle of the holidays. While doing walk throughs etc she payed close attention and pointed out details I might not have noticed. All of the connections referred (i.e. lender, inspectors, insurance agents etc), turned out to be very good as well. I couldn't have been happier with Christina or my new perfect home! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
