ZillowVERIFIED Relocating across state during a pandemic was not the best timing. However, it was doable if not easier with Christies assistance. Christie ensured health and safety were her priority for all. I admired the time and care she took with each showing. Coming prepared with all the essentials (masks, booties, hand sanitizer) which I appreciated as a medical provider. I quickly learned this is how Christie interacts in all aspects of her career. I had a short timeline since my home quickly sold. Christie quietly listened and observed as we tirelessly tried to fit in as many homes as we could in a weekend. As I was driving home across state, the perfect home became available. In the current market, I learned you have to act quickly due to the competition. Things are a bit slower in Eastern Washington. I appreciated that about Christie. She came to every showing well organized with property information in hand. If you are missing out on your dream home, you probably need Christie as your realtor. Trust me. Christie dropped everything and facetimed me. I knew she was listening to all of my pickiness as she meticulously went over the home with me. I made an offer on the home, in the middle of a pandemic, without actually walking through it and my offer was accepted! Christie was a blessing not only with my purchase, but communicated with the realtor on the sale of my home in Eastern Washington. Christie managed to coordinate Same day closing on both homes. Being a single mother, Christie genuinely cared about my familys belongings and wellbeing when there were issues with closing on the house I sold. This is not the first home I have purchased/sold. I have had nightmare stories in the past with other realtors. I have had realtors abandon me after the deal goes through, not caring if I was homeless after my house sold, not caring if the other deal fell through, keeping me in the dark about information, and once even being sued due to their paperwork error. I didnt realize what I was missing from a realtor until I had this opportunity to work with Christie. Christie is detailed oriented, explains each document, and keeps an organized timeline. Throughout the process I kept telling her how impressed I was with her attention to detail. Honestly, I was shocked how amazing she was and sad I hadnt used her sooner! Christie is honest, ethical, empathetic, and an overall kind person. Which are all important qualities in a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought through Christie and her service was excellent. She found the right house and guided me to successful closure quickly and efficiently, first time through. Christie was very effective at converting my challenging, somewhat conflicting criteria into relevant results that made the search very efficient and she worked off hours and weekends, giving me a competitive advantage in an aggressive sellers market. She never failed to respond to my calls in time. My first choice was a house that happened to be one of Christies listings so she ended up representing both parties in the transaction which requires maximum professionalism. Prior to making an offer she carefully advised me of the potential conflicts, offering numerous independent options for closing the deal. The ensuing transaction was fair, amicable to both parties, smooth and efficient. Nearly six months later I still feel I paid a fair price and overall remain very satisfied. Christie from what we experienced is not motivated by money but more the challenge and helping her clients, she showed us many houses and showed us our home multiple times she fought through the entire short sale process and helped us get into our home that we now have fully rehabbed and now will have Christie list it in the near future.
