ZillowVERIFIEDSuch a great experience. He covered so much for me, taking care up fixing up my place and quickly selling it. I couldnt ask for a better agent and person! Very Happy.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had the pleasure of working with Christian Perez as my real estate agent, and I can confidently say that he exceeded my expectations. I needed to sell my home quickly due to some unfortunate circumstances and Christian helped me sell my home at the market price before we even had the open house. We were nervous it wasn't going to sell quickly due to the market downturn but I think the way he went about marketing was the key to getting it sold quickly. Our home had an unauthorized addition and our city was so strict that they were telling us that we had to demolish it or bring it up to code and this was going to affect the price dramatically. Due to Christian having many great and knowledgeable connections, he was able solve this problem with a couple phone calls. I think the fact that Christian thinks as an investor and works with many investors was key to getting a quick sale at such a high price. This is important because an investor will try to make something work from any angle possible and usually out of the box thinking is required. Christian went above and beyond to ensure that the sale of the house went smoothly. He was professional and always had a positive attitude, even when facing challenging situations. He was also very honest and transparent throughout the entire process, which gave me peace of mind that no surprises at the last minute would pop up. Overall, I would highly recommend Christian Perez to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. My experience with him was a 10/10.
ZillowVERIFIEDFor first-time buyers, Christian Perez is your guy! My husband and I went into the home-buying experience completely blind and scared. Christian came to us as a referral and from the first moment we spoke, we knew he was the agent for us. He took the time to explain everything to us in terms we could understand, was patient with us, and made us feel completely comfortable every step of the way. Chris helped us get exactly what we were looking for in our budget. He is always available to answer our questions (and we have A LOT) and taught us so much. The entire process was so smooth and stress-free and I don't know that it would have been the same without him. At this point, we look at him as an extended member of our family. We are so thankful for everything Christian has done for us. We are big fans of CAP :D
ZillowVERIFIEDOur journey with Christian Perez started early 2020. Christian worked well with us and always kept an eye out for our interests. Christian would go above and beyond to ensure he was always to date with our wants and needs by checking in with us. Once we found our home in early 2022, Christian made sure to get us in to see it immediately and before the end of the night, he had our offer in. We were ready to go way over asking and with Christians knowledge, he kept us in our budget and got us the home! We would unquestionably recommend him to all our close friends and family!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristian Perez did an outstanding job with our home sale. He assisted us through complex issues as he is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I would definitely trust and recommend him.
ZillowVERIFIEDChristian has been absolutely fantastic leading us through the crazy housing market and into our first home! We were total newbies - didnt have a pre-approval, didnt know our price range, and didnt have a clue what was normal or not. He got us in touch with a fantastic lender which lead to us getting a lightning fast escrow of 17 days! We viewed houses together, he drafted competitive offers, and even texted us listings to make sure that we were looking at all opportunities that were emerging. When it came time to get into escrow, he was with us the whole way. Making sure we understood every step, ensuring that escrow and our lender and the process were taken care of from inspection and beyond. He was a shepherd like no other and wed recommend him to anyone whether theyre buying, selling, or just want to gain more knowledge about the real estate market!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristian was phenomenal in assisting us with the purchase of our first home! He went above and beyond in every possible way. He was willing to drive several times to another county and show us various homes in our area of interest. He works with great honesty and integrity. Christian was very thorough and explained everything in detail as we were new to the home buying process. He was always available to answer any questions and he gave us various options throughout the whole home buying process. I would highly suggest Christian to anyone and I know he is my only choice if we had to look to sell it but again. He came highly highly recommended from my brother as he helped him find his 1st home as well. Christian is the best out there and hes the agent you want! Thank you Christian for helping Cesar and I get our miracle home.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Christian and explained to him exactly where stood with the buying process and not long after, he hit the ground running! As soon as we sent over favorites, he booked the appointments. He discussed all pro's and cons of each property and it's Location: : i.e. Neighborhood, Neighbors, Police Reports, Costs of Updates/Upgrades, Etc. He is always to quick to answer the phone or respond to a message. He made sure to get all questions answered as they would come along. When we finally found "the one", he helped maintain a great relationship with all parties Mortgage Broker, Sellers Agent, Seller, Inspectors .....Everyone! He was salient and persistent but respectful with all factors of negotiating. Very Detailed Oriented. He knows the ins and outs of the entire process: No stone was ever left unturned! And not long after, We we're signing and getting our keys! ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time homeowner I had many questions regarding the whole buying process. Christian was always there to answer every text and phone call. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He will make sure you end up in a place that you will love. In such competitive market Christian was able to get the condo of my choice. ZillowVERIFIEDI just told him what I wanted and needed and the next day he found my retirement home. He was very professional, thoughtful, and kind. He made purchasing our home easy and pleasant and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Christian Perez.
ZillowVERIFIEDChristian Perez is an incredible agent and I truly can't thank him enough for his expertise and patience through my entire first time home buying process. He worked long days helping me find the perfect place for me to call home. He introduced me to the perfect mortgage broker and they were a powerful duo. Christian never missed a single phone call of mine. He was always ready to answer my questions and guide me through this process. He made a portal based on the requests I had and sent me listings every day. As soon as I told him there were listings I wanted to see, he promptly made the calls and scheduled the viewings as soon as possible. He truly allowed me to feel what I needed about every place I saw and did not pressure me into anything. He was so patient with me and guided me though all the next steps. He made the process seamless for me and thoroughly explained all documents that I needed to sign. When it came to my offer and escrow process, Christian negotiated with all his might to give me the best possible deal. Just as I thought the deal couldn't get better, it would and it was all thanks to him! He knew what to do and the right moment to do it. I trust him completely and would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to choose Christian as their agent! Thank you Christian for helping my find the place I now call home!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristian was amazing in helping with the bigger purchase Ive ever made. I appreciate his enthusiasm in getting me exactly what I wanted! He was great and I felt extremely comfortable working with him. I will absolutely be using him in the future for when I sell or purchase again! Hes a great agent and an even better person! Thanks again brother!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristian started working with us while we were renting and he was the property manager. We had such a pleasant experience with him that we decided to have him represent us when we decided to buy. He was very patient and helpful while we changed our minds about where we were going to live and made each step in the buying process go so smooth you would think buying a house is easy! It was actually a little bitter sweet when we closed escrow because we knew our journey with was coming to an end. We did get a bonus though because not only did we get a great house, we got an awesome friend too!
ZillowVERIFIEDEvery once in a while it happens to someone; a realtor is needed to buy or sell a house. Well this time it happened to us. We never imagined wed put up our house for sale but the time came to do so and needed a person that would be personable, capable, professional and efficient from start to finish. This person is Christian Perez he is highly spirited and knows how to explain every step of the process so that we fully understood what was going to happen from the moment we signed the contract and the for sale sign came up to the moment the house went into Escrow. He is a great listener and has an easy going personality so he didnt mind all the questions we asked. He solidified our confidence in him when he took the time to explain in detail until we were satisfied and understood each process. Christian also went out of his way to get answers from other professionals when asked about things that were out of the realm of his expertise; he never left us with a doubt in our head and the line of communication was never broken between us. Besides all the great qualities he has, he works tirelessly and is very flexible to ensure his client is satisfied and gets the best service possible. We enthusiastically recommend Christian Perez and without a doubt call on him again should the need arise in the future to either buy or sell another house for us.
ZillowVERIFIEDThere are not enough wonderful things I can say about our real estate agent Christian Perez. He will go above and beyond to help you find the house you want, and when you have found it, he is there to be your number one advocate with bidding. I can say that from experience. We were one out of 5 bids that got chosen for the house of my dreams. He was prompt, reliable, and made the whole process very pleasant. In addition to getting the house, we were so impressed with his ability to lower the house price 10k following the inspection. Thank you seems too small of a word for the work he has done for us.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am so happy that i chose Christian to be my real estate agent! He made a long and tedious process very pleasant and very smooth. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns with thorough knowledge and patience. We were worried the house wouldnt get sold because there was a more affordable house being sold down the block but our house was actually sold before the other one! Within a month we were moving out which was much sooner than i had expected. He had a great team come photograph and 3D video the entire place so my house had its own beautiful profile online. The buyers were concerned with some of the inspection results but Christian reassured them that these problems were very minor and could be easily fixed. He was with us every step of the way and prepared for anything. He even treated us to a dinner in celebration to selling the house. There is no one i would trust more with my home! If you want a pleasant and successful home-selling experience, ask Christian to be your realtor. Thank you so much!!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristian helped us purchase our condo in 2016. He worked with our entire family and answered any/all of our questions during and also after we closed the deal. He is very responsive through phone calls, text, and emails and gets back to you asap. He is professional and keeps updated with all the tools needed to help you purchase or sell your home. We highly recommend Christian! Thanks for all of your hard work and remembering all of the details, Christian!
ZillowVERIFIEDI hired Christian to sell my home after I previously listed it with a different agent. He and his team, went above & beyond when it came to the entire process of selling my home after my previous agent didn't. They over-delivered on every aspect. Negotiation, marketing, communication, you name it. They were very punctual and kept every promise they made. If you're looking for an agent that will deliver results while giving you the attention and communication that's required with such a huge transaction - hire Christian!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmazing and charming person, listen to my every needs and perform with high stadards. He did the legged work throughout the area to get the home sold quickly!
