He doesn't just sign a listing and stick a sign in the yard. ZillowVERIFIED I was extremely please using Christian as my realtor. This was my first time buying a home, I had been working with another realtor in the area. We had gone for our first day of looking at houses, I didn't get a comforting feeling that a first time home buyer should get from my realtor. I had seen a house on Zillow and decided to contact the agency listed. I met Christian at the home on a Thursday morning without my Fiance. I was nervous, Christian did everything possible to make me feel like I was his only client. He gave me his card and said to contact him if I saw anything else id like to look at. Before we met I all intentions of using my previous realtor after I saw this house Christian was showing me. We walked in the house and Christian wasn't pushy. He treated me like one of his friends or family. He told me straight up if he didn't like the way something was done. If he didn't feel GREAT or IMPRESSED by something he was honest. He was in contact multiple times a day. If he saw something at 7pm he text me at 7pm and told me to check it out. He was always searching. I started working with Christian on May 3rd and by June 21st I was closing on my 1st home. He made me feel extremely relaxed during the whole process. I will admit I'm a worrier and I barely felt like I had to worry or plan the next step, he held my had the entire time. I would recommend Christian a thousand times over. My husband I and were casually looking for a house and Christian took the time to show us a property even though we weren't quite ready to put in any offers. After about a month we changed our mind and began seriously house shopping, and Christian was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He spent nearly an entire day looking at nearly every house in our preferred neighborhood. When we first started house shopping I was nervous about an agent showing us properties above our budget. Christian never showed us anything above our price point, and even tried to stay near the bottom of our budget. Once we found the "one" he handled the offer and it was painless on our part. ZillowVERIFIED We had an outstanding experience with Christian Hirsch and highly recommend him as your agent! You will not be disappointed! Being a Military Officer we had to move fairly quickly. We had no previous knowledge of the Augusta, GA area. We sent the same email to four local realtors to see if there was a difference in service. Christian was the first to respond, that same evening, and answer each question we had asked. Other realtors responded with generic replies the next day, that did not answer our questions. This occurred several more times as we tried to figure who would best suite our needs. Christian rapidly established himself as the top performer! We then came to Augusta a month ahead of time for a week to scope out the area. Christian understood we wanted to see upwards of 50 houses! He was patient, efficient, insightful, and worked with us to find a house that met our requirements; from morning to night and repeated this daily. We found a house that met our particular needs, flew home, and made an offer.
