Both in the selling and purchase of a new home, the professional and exceptional service along with the essential communications were unsurpassed. The two realtors, Christi Key and Loveleen Guglani are standouts in particular. They are a focused one/two punch in both finding the perfect home and in all aspects of closing and related protocols. Additionally, they masterfully coordinated staff, title and legal personnel. Coordination with realty issues, banking, and closing (title associates) takes a lot! Hours and hours of advice, planning, and follow up were provided resulting in a seamless and totally successful conclusion. I always felt comfortable and in control of the protocols and finances throughout the entire transaction. Days and days of finding the right home purchase is an unbelievable conquest. Starting with Zoom video showings, until half of our family relocated to GA, and were able to see homes in person in the late winter/early spring. Christi and her team made sure to set up appointments/showings within minutes of us showing interest in a home. Christi made herself available at any time. I felt embarrassed texting her late at night, but she welcomed any form of communication day or night. Despite this crazy market, in the middle of a pandemic, and our reluctance/hesitation after several rejected offers, Christi and her team stayed incredibly positive and continued to encourage us to do the same.
