Lisa was positive and helpful throughout the entire process from the downsizing all the way through the closing. * I worked primarily with Lisa DuBois. Lisa was absolutely fantastic and is the reason we found our ideal house and managed to purchase it at a reasonable price. What made our situation particularly challenging was that we were living in California and trying to buy a house and move to a specific area in the Falls Church, Virginia area. Lisa's deep knowledge of the local area and it's specific market conditions, what was available and would be coming onto the market, and the history of the local area were unsurpassed and critical in educating us and helping us make a great decision. Lisa took the time to show us all around the area on multiple occasions, pointing out the pros and cons of different micro- neighborhoods and streets and giving us a deep education of local conditions including the homeowners association rules and the community traditions. She had tremendous patience with all my questions and requests, connected us with all the local resources we needed both for the purchase and after the purchase. Nick Mullen, who works with Chrissy and Lisa was also very helpful in putting together and managing our offer. I could not recommend Lisa and the crew there more highly
