Our journey began on March 8, 2022, and over the next 1,241 days she sent us more than 59 listings, toured countless homes with us, and supported us through every emotional high and low. When we finally found the right houseaEUR"while both of us were out of stateaEUR"Chrissie went above and beyond to make sure we didnt miss the opportunity. She is the kind of agent who genuinely fights for her clients and does whatever it takes to get things done. Our purchase was unique because the home was being sold through a trustee, which created several challenges along the way. The trustee couldnt change the listing price without board approval, meaning there was no negotiation on the purchase price. They initially stated they aEURoedidnt know anything about the property,aEUR? only to share more details later when it benefited them. To the trustees credit, they were surprisingly accommodating during the inspection period and agreed to almost all of our requested repairs. Everything was on track until the very end, when the trustee abruptly chose not to complete the remaining contractual items without any explanation. It was frustrating and confusingaEUR"but Chrissie handled every hurdle with grace, persistence, and unwavering advocacy on our behalf. We ultimately had to decide what these last repairs were worth to us and deciding to walk away or believe that the home is more important to us. We also experienced closing through a mobile notary, which was an additional cost and ultimately not the smoothest process. Based on our experience, we do not recommend using a mobile notary if you can avoid itaEUR"an in-office closing would have been far easier. Chrissie went to the ends of the earth for us. She kept us informed, grounded, and supported through the entire roller coaster of buying a home through a trust. Because of her, were now settled into our dream home and finally able to start planning our aEURoeforever.aEUR? Chrissie deserves far more than 5 starsaEUR"honestly, she deserves an Emmy or an Oscar. If you want an agent who will truly fight for you, support you, and stay by your side no matter how complicated the process gets, Chrissie is the one.
