ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the pleasure of working with Chris to sell our house, we were retiring and wanted to relocate to a different area to be closer to our children, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We sought out Chris through a family friend and needed a realtor who really listened to our needs and fought for us. We have had several homes in the past that we sold, and our previous realtors did NOT give us the aEURoeAbove & BeyondaEUR? feeling. Chris was outstanding with his attentiveness, always made sure we stayed informed, promptly returning texts, calls, emails, and answering all of our questions. Chris made us feel top priority. The service we received was the best we've ever encountered! We faced no challenges during the process, thanks to his expertise and dedication. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you are looking for a realtor who will be dedicated and truly cares Chris is the one to go to. He truly made the process stress-free and successful! Thank you Chris!!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Chris has been outstanding. As first-time homebuyers, we had numerous questions, and Chris was incredibly patient, always making himself available to provide clear answers. Initially, we began our house search with a different agent, but communication issues led us to seek out someone new. That's when we found Chris. The difference was night and day. Chris made us feel as though he was at our service around the clock, ready to assist whenever we needed him. He adeptly guided us through several unique situations with professionalism and ease. I can't recommend Chris highly enough, whether you're in the market to buy or sell a home. His dedication and expertise truly set him apart.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris did a great job from beginning to end. He was definitely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Whenever I had a question I would fire off a text and get an immediate response. He got me every penny possible out of my house. His negotiating skills are bar none, and I should know because for the past 30 years Ive negotiated thousands of deals and financing in the transportation industry. You would be hard pressed to find anyone more pleasurable to deal with especially with his skill set. If you done use Chris you are selling yourself short.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is an A+ real estate agent! He helped us navigate the process, make the decisions that were best for us, and get our house sold in no time. We had an older property we wanted to sell, and we werent sure if or what we should invest in or repair on the property. We picked Chris because he also has his contractors license and we knew he could help us navigate the process. Chris didnt take the opportunity to sell us unnecessary services, he gave us an honest assessment of our options and helped us pick the right approach for our needs. Chris communicated with us well and kept us up to date on what was happening each step of the way. We had offers on our house the second day it was on the market and closed on a sale within a couple of weeks! We will happily come back to Chris next time we want to buy or sell a house in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Chris to buy our first home and had a wonderfully smooth experience. He was always available, provided clear and concise guidance, and was very accommodating to our busy schedules. Chris walked us through an offer with steep competition, thoroughly explained his approach, expertly executed, and landed us our beautiful first home. In addition, with his comprehensive knowledge, experience, and relationships in the industry, he gave excellent recommendations on lenders, contractors, and even landscaping. We highly recommend Chris without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold our home right as the market turned to a buyers market and sales slowed down. Chris was excellent as he helped us wade through the bad or low offers and recommended patience. Results were during a bad market we accepted an offer at list with no major contingencies. Chris knows the market and how to get the best offer. I would not recommend any realtor other than Chris. Everything was easy for us as Chris did the hard work. 5 star effort and results from a 5 star realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris Soukoulis is a ROCKSTAR realtor! I can?t imagine a better realtor than him. From the very beginning, he treated us as if we were his only clients (and I know for sure we were not!). He would provide answers or services within minutes and I nicknamed him ?Johnny? for ?Johnny on the spot?. Another remarkable thing about him is that he?s absolutely, unequivocably honest. We never ever felt like he was trying to push us into anything or put any pressure whatsoever on us to buy. His service is impeccable. He went way above and beyond what one would expect of a realtor. At the same time, he was very comfortable to be with and laid-back. He wasn?t a slick, fast talking realtor just out to make money; he would prefer to provide excellent service and continue to build his reputation as top 1% of the nation. He was a tough negotiator and will ?go to the mat? for you. We got a better deal in a better house than me could have imagined. We will absolutely go back to him next time we will need any kind of realtor services and will stay in touch with him.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend working with Chris! Its easy communicating with him and he was always available and provided clear guidance. Chris network of contractors quickly helped get our home ready for sales in a time when the market was beginning to drop. More importantly, Chris vast real estate experience and knowledge of market conditions and consumer psychology resulted in the quick sale of our home in a declining market. Our home sold in 6 days from listing date well over asking price. We are so happy with the decision we made to go with Chris!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris went above and beyond for us as first time homebuyers, holding our hands throughout the process. He gave us his time and attention for months, and was always available for communication. Without his access to an off-market listing, we would not be homeowners. I would highly recommend Chris and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is by far the most experienced and professional realtor Ive worked with. Last year, we were looking for agent to help selling our house and luckily we found Chris (as you can see, he has very good review on google, and on Zillow as well). We lost quite some rent payments from the tenants and we knew it wont be easy to deal with tenants. Thanks to Chris, the whole home selling process was much smoother and simpler than we thought. In my opinion, he made the best decision for each step and also always explained to me well. We are very satisfied with the final outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home selling experience with Chris was the best we could have imagined. Chris was able to objectively tell us what we needed to do to prep our home for sale, and to negotiate a sale price well above our asking price with very favorable terms. Chris quickly resolved every minor issue during escrow. Chris is a total professional, we highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is absolutely amazing. We had never gone through the buying and selling of a home before. Chris walked us through the process and gave us some many tips and tricks. Prior to speaking with Chris I was overwhelmed with where to start and how I would get through this transition. After a few phone calls, he put those worries at ease. I would strongly suggest his services to anyone looking. Hes a gem.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was there every step of the way. This being the first house we purchased in over 45 years, we didn?t know what we didn?t know about current real estate practices. We cannot thank him enough. We started this process several years ago & even though we couldn?t find exactly what we wanted for quite a while, he stuck with us. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for property in the Bay Area.

ZillowVERIFIED I lost rent income in this home because tenant hasnt paid rent over a year, protected by eviction ban. So I decided to sell it and reached out several agents, all of them have refused until I called Chris. With his help, we persuaded tenant to take keys for cash offer and get them off. Afterwards Chris referred a very good contractor to remodel this home for sale and personally checked the work quality on my behalf, I didnt worry a thing until everything is done. During the sale process, Chris used his rich experience to sell the house above the market price. Overall, I am very grateful for Chriss help in this long journey and will definitely contact him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED When I purchased the house I sold, I was unsure of how good of a decision it was due to distance from work and a number of extenuating financial factors surrounding the part of Brentwood it was in. I contacted Chris for advice regarding this, and eventually I decided to hold off. Chris kept up with me over the years, and he and I talked back and forth several times. Eventually the market came up and it was an ideal time to sell. Chris was able to shepherd us through the process seamlessly and without delays, even with lockdowns and emotional difficulties in my family. He managed to find us a buyer at the price I was looking for, everything went seamlessly. I must say that the buyers got a good buy and I got a good sale. I was happy with everything. I hope they are too.Chris lives up to his reputation, absolutely. You cant go wrong with this guy.I might also add that not all real estate professionals are built the same - much of what goes into making the experience work financially has to do with a myriad of soft skills that must be earned and cannot be taught in a school. This has to do with the broker being connected, able to head off trouble, able see into peoples motivations, knowing what actually matters and to whom, and knowing when and how hard to push. Chris has the book knowledge, absolutely, but he also has the most developed soft skill set I have ever seen in sales-oriented professionals of this type.I dont hand out praise easily, so you can take it from me.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Chris over the phone when we initiated a cross-country search for a home in the East Bay area. Chris is very familiar with the area and gave us valuable insights to the various communities we considered. At one point we considered moving to a different state and Chris was kind enough to put us in touch with another top-notch realtor in that state. When we finally decided to buy in CA, Chris made our long-distance search easy by giving us details on homes of interest before we made plans to travel, and by setting up convenient appts when we did fly out. We closed on our house this week and look forward to moving in next month (once sellers move out). Overall Chris proved to be knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was amazing! He helped us buy our very first house! He was always on top of the ball when showing us houses and getting us information on listings. If we mentioned any interest in a house, he was already getting in contact to get us scheduled to see it. Never did we feel pressured, though, to immediately act on something we were not sure about. Chris worked with us to make absolutely sure the house we got was the one we wanted. When we did find the one we wanted, he was constantly working behind the scenes, making sure everything was taking care of, and keeping us up to date on the whole process. He always made communication very simple and easy, and was there to help with any questions or concerns we had. At the end of the day, we were extremely satisfied with his stellar performance, and would without a doubt recommend him to friends, family, or anyone else looking in the area. We would definitely work with him again if the opportunity arises.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Chris five times since we moved to Discovery Bay from San Jose in 2012, three purchases and two sales. Chris treats each transaction with the highest level of attention. He is excellent at what he does, and Im pretty sure his phone is permanently attached, as he always answers, or responds within minutes. If youre looking to sell, Chris is your guy. I think our two sales spent a total of two days on the market before we accepted full asking price offers on each home. He also has a knack for finding the perfect home if youre looking to buy. Thanks for always taking care of us Chris.
