His behind-the-scenes administrative support team efficiently prepared the information he and I negotiated and agreed, and that negotiated with the buyer's agent, so that Escrow could begin in mid-September. Escrow on this over half-million dollar sale closed on October 17. Chris'competent professionalism made the process seem too easy.
